All humans, except golems, have fields of tension in the physical, emotional and mental body. The physical field is represented by an ethereal cocoon, the border of which extends beyond the healthy body by 10-15 centimeters. The astral and mental fields are in the form of tetrahedons, interpenetrating each other. The astral body is feminine, its magnetic nature revolves around a person from left to right. The mental body is defined by the masculine principle. This tetrahedon is electrical in nature and rotates to the left. The physical body is represented by the etheric egg, which consists of 760 thousand channels and meridians. This cocoon does not rotate. It serves as a stator for an electric motor, in which two rotors rotate in opposite directions. When the fields of tension are crossed, a special subtle energy is formed that can be used for any creativity. The power of energy depends on the speed of rotation of tetrahedons. At a certain critical speed of rotation of the rotors, a crystal, called a merkaba, forms around a person. This space-time machine is seen by the physical eyes as a saucer-shaped UFO when the revolutions of the tetrahedons decrease. Most of today's earthlings do not have merkabahs, astral and mental fields do not rotate either during life or after physical death. And during the Toltec era, the Atlanteans used these magic crystals to intersect time, space and ignorance. And now the Toltecs sometimes fly from Atlantis to our world,to remind the dull descendants of their unpredictable past. Having learned how to activate his merkaba, any person can move to all ends of different universes at the speed of thought, as well as create their own worlds.
The method of entering the astral plane using the merkaba does not fundamentally differ from the “Body of Light” method. First, a mantra is created that introduces you into a trance state and affects the subconscious. If in the previous method such a mantra was the Kabbalistic cross and the Ruby exercise, then here you can use the sounds AUM (A-O-U-M). Then, with the help of visualization and breathing exercises, the merkaba itself is created. And at the third stage, your consciousness is transferred to the merkaba. Moreover, consciousness is transferred to the merkaba automatically. In yoga, this transfer is called the "Raise of the Kundalini." This method is much shorter and more efficient than the previous one. But he has one feature - for success, you must have clean and healthy bodies. Well, since we are all sick and spiritually flawed (otherwise we would not have been born on physical Earth, which is essentially a correctional colony),We will begin our Merkaba training with health and cleansing exercises.
1. Choose a place in the middle of nature: in a park, in a forest, on the banks of a river or in another place where there is clean air, where you could walk and do small jogging. Map yourself a path or path about 400 meters long.
2. Walk slowly along the marked path for 400 meters, chanting the mantra AUM (A-O-U-M). Imagine at the same time that you are breathing in Cosmic Love for you and breathing out your personal love for everything in the world.
3. Walk back in small steps, placing your entire foot on the ground, as if on purpose. You only need to breathe through your nose. Take one breath in one step, trying to fill the lower abdomen with air as much as possible. You need to inhale very sharply, hitting the root of the nose with an air stream. As you inhale, imagine a hand-thick white column of light entering your crown from the Cosmos. As you exhale, imagine a hand-thick red beam emerging from the center of the Earth and entering the lower spine. These two rays meet in the first chakra, that is, at the level of the tailbone. When they collide, a small red ball is formed. Two beams flow around this ball from different sides and make it rotate. Sparks fly from the ball, like from a whetstone, when two knives are sharpened about it. On the left, where the cosmic ray passes, there are yellow sparks. On the right, red sparks are flying. The white ray flushes the first chakra with yang energy, becomes polluted and goes into the ground, having a dirty yellow color. The red ray flushes the first chakra with yin energy. It also gets dirty and goes through the crown into Space, having a dirty pink color. Gradually the ball grows and thickens. It keeps getting hotter.
For every four steps (inhale - exhale), you should visualize a new white and a new red ray. Walk like this all the way to the end.
4. For the next 400 steps, breathe in the same way (this method of breathing is called "Breath of Happiness"), inhaling sharply and exhaling smoothly. Imagine the same two rays, white and red, coming from above and below. Only these rays are no longer found in the first, but in the second chakra, located one palm higher. When two rays meet, an orange ball is formed. It expands with every breath and gets hotter.

5. The next 400 steps are similar to working with the third chakra. It is located between the navel and the solar plexus.
We do the same, only represent the ball in yellow.
6. The fourth chakra is at the heart level. A green ball is formed here. We do the same: represent two rays, white and red. When they meet, they spin the green ball clockwise. Remember to slap your feet on the ground. This is necessary for a general concussion of the body, for lymph flushing. If our blood is distilled through the body by the heart, then the lymph is distilled only by shaking the body and muscle contraction. Stagnation of lymph leads to many diseases (Lymph is also distilled when the body is turned upside down. Therefore, all inverted yoga poses have a healing effect on the body). The steps should be small, like “running in place”.
7. The fifth chakra is located at the base of the throat. The ball forms blue here, we do the same.
8. The sixth chakra is in the middle of the head. The ball is blue here, with each step it grows until it occupies the entire volume of the head. Then it begins to thicken. We do the same.
9. The seventh chakra is located at the crown. A purple ball grows here. We do the same job. With each step, the ball grows until it grows to the size of the border of your aura.
After passing the last 400 meters, you need to spread the rug on the grass and lie on your back. Then you need to take a deep breath and a very deep breath. After that, hold your breath, reach your chest with your chin and draw in your inflated stomach as much as you can. Concentrate on the space between the eyes. Count 60 heartbeats and exhale. Lie quietly for a while and go home with your business.
Perhaps, already in the first minutes during the holding of your breath, you will have unconscious exits to the astral plane. As you purify your physical and subtle bodies, you will begin to retain the memory of your projections.
Increase the volume of the balls with each lesson. In about a month, each of them should grow to the borders of their auric cocoon. Over time, you can replace walking with light running, which will give an even greater cleansing effect. But do not overdo it with running, it is not recommended to get tired.
Six months later, you will see a blue ball between your eyes. It will expand and show you pictures of the subtle and gross worlds. By doing this exercise regularly, you will gain clairvoyance. But this is not the main goal. The main thing is that you will cleanse your physical, etheric, astral and mental bodies and prepare for the rise of Kundalini in the next series of exercises. In addition, you activate the merkaba magnetoelectric fields. The etheric field will grow to the required size, gain the necessary energy and become denser. The astral and mental fields of the aura will themselves begin to rotate towards each other.
Exit to the Astral
The next series of exercises is aimed at visualizing and increasing the rotation speed of the aura's magnetoelectric fields. The exercises are performed in a quiet home environment. It is important that you are alone in the room, so that no one bothers you.
1 … Stand up straight, close your eyes. Imagine a tetraedon made up of four equilateral triangles, each side the same size as you. The top of the tetrahedon is at arm's length above your crown. Its base is at the level of your knees. This figure is called "Male tetrahedon". The angle of the base of this tetrahedon is in front of men and behind in women. That is, men see the face in front, and women - the plane of an equilateral triangle. Now inhale slowly, filling your lungs with air to the base. Inhale for 10 seconds. As you inhale, imagine that the tetrahedon begins to rotate around the axis of your spine from right to left, counterclockwise. Imagine that a rotating body is filled with sparkling white light. In order to better imagine the rotation of the tetrahedon,before this exercise, it is useful to scroll 10 times around its axis and stop abruptly.
2. Stand up straight, close your eyes. Take a deep breath. While inhaling, keep your hands palms up. Place a ring around your thumb and forefinger. These fingers will close the energy channels of the lungs and head. The rest of the fingers are straight. After ten seconds of filling the lower, middle and upper lungs with air, begin to exhale smoothly. For 10 seconds of exhalation, visualize a female tetrahedon. It is facing the ground, its top is half a meter below your feet. The base of the female tetrahedon is located at the level of the solar plexus. Men should imagine the corner of the base facing back. For women, the corner of the tetrahedon is in front. Imagine this tetrahedon starting to rotate as you exhale from left to right. At the same time, it is filled with white sparkling light.
3. Hold your breath for 5 seconds after exhaling. Aim your pupils at the tip of your nose. Then look sharply with slanted eyes at the forehead and immediately move your gaze to the chin. The faster you move your gaze, the better. At the same time, imagine how white light from a female tetrahedon goes out through its top into the ground.
4. Having learned to vividly imagine the simultaneous rotation of two tetrahedons in different directions, proceed to the second inhalation-exhalation.
Here, while inhaling, you make another mudra: bend your thumb and middle finger and loop them on both hands. Straighten the rest of your fingers, keep your hands palms up. 10 seconds - inhale, 10 seconds - exhale with visualization of merkaba. Then hold your breath for 5 seconds, during which you imagine the light emerging from the female tetrahedon.
5. During the third inhalation, do the same thing, only use another mudra: the thumb is looped with the ring finger.
The fourth inhalation begins with the mudra, where the thumb and little finger touch. Everything else is no different from the first exercise.
The fifth breath completely repeats the first exercise, even the mudras are the same.
The sixth inhalation is similar to the second: a mudra with a looped middle and thumb. Everything else is repeated.
6. The following exercises are performed on the floor. You need to sit in the "lotus" or "half lotus", or simply cross your legs "in Turkish". Visualize a tube going through your spine. It rises half a meter above your crown. It goes into the ground one and a half meters under your feet. The tube diameter is approximately 6 centimeters. For all of the following exercises, use one mudra: the thumb and forefinger are looped like when you first inhale.
7. The seventh inhalation begins immediately after the sixth exhalation. Do not hold your breath anymore. Breathe in prana for 10 seconds. As you inhale, visualize a white, shiny light streaming down the tube from top to bottom. The same white light flows up the tube. Simultaneously visualize two rotating tetrahedons. The streams of light meet in the tube at the level of the third chakra. At the place where the two streams of light collide, an apple-sized sphere begins to form. The ball grows all the time, and this happens while inhaling. When you exhale, counter currents of prana penetrate each other in the region of the third chakra and exit from both ends of the tube. The balloon continues to expand during exhalation. At the end of exhalation, which lasts more than 10 seconds, the sphere reaches 30 centimeters in diameter.
8. The eighth inhalation begins immediately after exhalation. All repeats. The ball continues to grow and reaches the size of a soccer ball. The next breaths are done in the same way as the seventh. On the ninth inhalation, the ball has nowhere to grow, so it thickens and becomes brighter. Imagine the sphere flaring up brighter and brighter, both on exhalation and inhalation. On the tenth inhalation, the balloon becomes very dense, is about to explode. In the middle of inhalation, the sphere gains so much light that it explodes and flares up like the sun. During exhalation, you need to fold your lips into a tube and forcefully release air from your lungs through this small opening. Then let the exhalation end with a whistle. After that, the lit Sun will come out and surround you. You will be inside this bright white Sun.
9. The next three in-breaths are used to stabilize the sphere of the white Sun that surrounds you. We do everything in the same way as during the seventh, eighth and ninth breaths. We visualize the flows of prana flowing through the tube towards each other. They meet at the third chakra and transform into a sphere around your body with a diameter equal to your body length - plus half a meter above your head. The prana sphere is stabilized and centered on the physical world, as the third chakra is responsible for the three-dimensional worlds. To get into the fourth dimension, you need to move the center of the Sun to the fourth chakra, the heart.
ten. At the beginning of the next inhalation, we mentally transfer the meeting place of the two streams of pranas into the fourth chakra. The small sphere still inside the body rises higher, to the level of the heart. Together with it, a large sphere rises higher, surrounding your body with a white glow. Having achieved the displacement of the meeting point of the two streams of pranas, you change the mudra. Men put their right palm on their feet and their left palm on their right. Women place their right palm on top of their left. When doing this, the thumbs should touch slightly. This hand position is maintained until the end of this exercise cycle. At this time, you should experience pure thoughts about universal love and harmony of all that exists. The fact is that in this state you find yourself in the astral world. And in it, any thoughts instantly materialize. It is very important for all inhalation and exhalation to clearly visualize rotating tetrahedons: male - on inhalation, female - on exhalation. After long-term practice, the rotation speed of tetrahedons increases so much that the merkaba crystallizes.
11. To get into the fifth dimension, you need to raise the center of the Sun to the throat chakra. At the beginning of the 15th inhalation, transfer the meeting point of the two flows of pranas from the sternum to the throat. A small sphere of fire inside your body will quickly move upward. In doing so, you will experience a sense of pleasure. A large ball of light surrounding you will also rise. The world will change beyond recognition. You will see vague outlines of volumetric bodies, rivers of multi-colored energies, whirling geometric shapes and symbols that will glow from within.
12. The 16th and 17th breaths are similar. First, raise the inner fireball to the center of the head. The outer sphere moves with it. At the same time, you will experience a trance, the feeling of happiness will grow. All figures and energy flows around you will disappear. You will only see the luminous points. During the 17th inhalation, when you raise the inner ball to the crown, these points will also disappear. Everything will merge into one white light.
13.18th inhalation and raising the inner ball up above the head, to the height of an outstretched arm, can only be practiced by advanced students. After several years of everyday practice, you yourself will feel that you can raise the sphere and higher. There, beyond the karmic plane, the area of the Divine worlds, energies and nirvana extends.
14. To return to the physical world, you need to lower the sphere into the third chakra. Do the same in reverse order. To people on Earth, your manifesting body will appear to be a flying saucer, or a ball of fire with a golden hoop in the middle.
In the Merkaba method, you do not need to transfer feelings into the etheric sphere created by your imagination. Consciousness will be there initially. In the subtle worlds, you can act with your sphere in the same way as with the "Body of Light" in the previous method.
