Life is a source of joy; but in whom the spoiled stomach speaks, the father of sorrow, for this reason all springs are poisoned.

Friedrich Nietzsche. Thus spoke Zarathustra.

First of all, let's think about why our physical body is polluted and how it can be polluted.

The first thing that comes to mind when you hear the phrase "pollution of the physical body" is a person's non-observance of hygiene procedures. And this is indeed one of the causes of pollution.

In the Teaching of the Ascended Masters, it is said about the need for two daily ablutions. Such ablutions allow you to get rid of not only physical dirt, but also energy dirt, that negative energy that can attach to a person's aura while staying in crowded places, during sleep. Water washes away both physical and energetic dirt. Swimming in open water is especially useful. Living water of rivers, lakes, seas helps to harmonize the energies of the body, restore the disturbed balance. Water raises our spirits, improves well-being. It is not without reason that many people consider rest on the banks of reservoirs the best rest.

Speaking about water and its importance for cleansing the physical body, it should be remembered that the human body, on average, is 70% water. From a physical point of view, a person is water, and not simple, but structured, capable of memorizing information and transmitting it. Therefore, not only harmful impurities, such as chlorine, salts of heavy metals, harmful bacteria, must be removed from the water we use, which can be ensured through the use of water filters. Negative information must be removed from the water, which can penetrate into the intercellular and intracellular water of our body and lead to serious health problems. The methods of removing negative information from the water were discussed in the corresponding lecture in the section "God and Science".

Fruits and vegetables contain structured water, spring water is also structured. Research by the Russian scientist S. V. Zenina and Japanese researcher Emoto Masaru proved that one of the means of structuring water is prayer. A prayer recited over water led to a change in its physical properties, the appearance of complex, symmetrically organized crystals (see photo 1-4). This feature of water was intuitively understood by many peoples, which manifested itself in the tradition of sanctifying food before eating by reading a prayer - after all, any food contains water. Food products that were not grown by their own hands, but were bought in a store, after such a simple ritual, become much more useful for a person.

Knowledge and consideration of the unique properties of water gives a person a tool to cleanse the body and reduce the risk of contamination of the physical body.

The purity of our physical body is determined not only by the quality of the water we use. An equally important issue is the quality of the food we eat. In general, the problem of nutrition in talking about the purity of the physical body is central. The expression "We are what we eat" is well known. This statement is revealed in the Message I AM THAT I AM dated December 28, 2006 "We are preparing your consciousness for the coming of the New Epoch":

The answer to the question - how to eat right, what to eat, and what is food that only brings harm - is repeatedly given in the Messages of the Masters of Wisdom.

Thus, Beloved Zarathustra gives detailed recommendations on nutrition in the era of a sharp increase in the vibrational background of the Earth:

But in nutritional science, there are two diametrically opposed opinions about what healthy food should be. Let's try to figure out how modern ideas about human nutrition correspond to the recommendations that the Ascended Masters give us.

Currently, there are 2 scientific theories of nutrition: the theory of balanced nutrition and the theory of adequate nutrition. The theory of a balanced diet is generally recognized and widespread throughout the world.

The theory of balanced nutrition was developed in the 19th century in Germany to calculate the food required for the efficient work of German miners. German doctors proposed to determine the amount of food a person needs by its calorie content. A special commission in Germany gave chemists the task of calculating the minimum food a worker needs so that he can work 15 hours a day. It turned out to be so convenient for business that this technique is still supported today. This laid the foundations for the currently accepted caloric theory of nutrition, or the theory of balanced nutrition.

Image
Image

Supporters of the theory of balanced nutrition believe that food should contain enough nutrients - proteins, fats, carbohydrates, as well as minerals and vitamins. Special norms for human food intake were established, based on 19th century standards for German miners. To bring a person to these standards, people are sold supposedly missing elements or are advised to use products in which these elements were found. And, it would seem, everything is logical. In accordance with this theory, the food industry operates (recall the information on the amount of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, the amount of calories on food packages), recommendations for healthy and curative nutrition are drawn up.

But it turned out that not all scientists are of this opinion. One of these scientists is Galina Sergeevna Shatalova, whose life and work are a brilliant practical confirmation of the claims of the Masters of Wisdom about the importance of natural, lightweight nutrition for humans.

Image

G. S. Shatalova is a well-known surgeon, candidate of medical sciences, academician, who for many years headed the sector of selection and training of cosmonauts at the Institute of Space Research, who developed a system of natural health improvement (species nutrition), which was based on the work of academicians A. M. Ugoleva, I. P. Pavlova, V. I. Vernadsky, A. L. Chizhevsky. In her opinion, the theory of balanced nutrition is an inferior child of an equally inferior civilization, the focus of which was not the satisfaction of the vital natural needs of a person, but his desire for pleasure and falsely understood comfort. What does such a pursuit lead to, G. S. Shatalova showed, using the example of rats, which were trained to stimulate the pleasure center in their brain by pressing a pedal with a weak electrical impulse. As a result, the animals turned into real drug addicts. Something similar, with the direct complicity of balanced nutrition theorists, happened to humans, says G. S. Shatalova. Natural sciences and philosophy, not fertilized by spirituality, in her opinion, often give rise to real monsters, such as, for example, the theory of balanced nutrition [6].

It is impossible to assess the usefulness of products by their calorie content, says G. S. Shatalova. According to this theory, human milk is the most useless thing. The fat content of human milk is only 2%. But mother's milk is distinguished by a refined composition of amino acids that an infant needs for normal development, as well as the information contained in it that regulates the pace of a child's development. Only at the end of the 20th century it became clear that nothing could be replaced by anything. No artificial mixture with a balanced set of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and minerals can replace it. And the fact of the rapid growth and weight gain of an infant who feeds only on breast milk cannot be explained by the adherents of the theory of balanced nutrition.

According to a number of Russian scientists, the theory of balanced nutrition can be used as a special case, as a special recommendation to a sick person, but it cannot be applied en masse, it inevitably leads to obesity and an increase in chronic diseases.

So, the largest scientist of our time, the Russian theoretical physicist I. L. Gerlovin, who developed the foundations of a unified theory of all interactions in matter, a paradigm for viable and developing systems, concludes that “… humanity still does not fully know all the features of the impact on a person of the food he uses and naively estimates its quality in terms of calorie content. Humanity widely uses in the entire national economy, especially in the production of food, artificially created substances, even chemotherapy has become the basis of human treatment. Only in recent years there has been an understanding that all this is self-poisoning of mankind … This happened because modern science has become obsessed with a very low level of knowledge of the world and declared the postulates created at this level to be the ultimate truth”1.

A way out of this situation can be found, says G. S. Shatalov, subject to a return to the lifestyle prescribed to man by nature: “A natural, prescribed to us by nature and therefore a healthy lifestyle in combination with dynamic autogenic training basis - to meditation - compiler's note), constitute the most important element of the natural healing system. The meaning of such training is to open all channels of human communication with the outside world, with its immense memory, in which there is a place for each of us. And we, humans, in turn, are endowed with the ability to capture the information stored in his memory. But for this you need to learn to see, listen and feel nature,feel yourself in her and her in yourself.

However, you should not even try to evoke a feeling of the joy of being, lightness, fusion with nature, if the internal environment of your body is clogged with protein breakdown products, your stomach is full, your muscles are deprived of strength, if your skin does not breathe, because its pores are clogged, if every breath the frosty breeze makes you cringe and wrap. A complex of physical and respiratory exercises, hardening procedures and, of course, healing specific nutrition "(specific nutrition - corresponding to the type of a living organism, for each type of living organism) helps to get rid of all these" charms "that the unnatural way of life fully endows us with. own, strictly defined food object - compiler's note) "2.

But what is the reason that a person chooses products that are not healthy for himself, even if he knows about their dangers? According to G. S. Shatalova, health problems, problems of pollution of the physical body, malnutrition, as well as social problems, the main reason for their low level of spirituality.

Image

“The feelings of pleasure and joy in the life of spiritually rich people cannot be compared with those primitive feelings of purely animal satiety that distinguish people who are spiritually disadvantaged, poorly educated, and even more so subject to the narcotic effects of modern nutrition. One thing is absolutely clear to me today: the current state of profound lack of spirituality, bloody feuds, terrorism, rampant crime, drug addiction, alcoholism are by no means temporary phenomena caused by the unfavorable arrangement of heavenly bodies or the intrigues of destabilizing forces. And one should not rely on the fact that over time everything will "settle down", by itself "will resolve", will settle down. While a person puts himself outside and above nature, deprives himself of the opportunity to appeal to the wisdom of the Universe, imprinted in its memory, new, even more severe social upheavals and cataclysms are inevitable. The path to peace on Earth is the path from a technicalized, soulless civilization to a biological, spiritualized civilization. Today everyone should realize that the salvation of mankind, of life itself on our planet, is also his business, his pain and concern”3.

An important component of the revival and increase of spirituality in the world, according to Galina Sergeevna, is "the spirituality of nutrition."

A healthy lifestyle and spirituality are inherent in man by nature itself, are natural for him. This is confirmed by the theory of I. L. Gerlovin about memory as a universal property of matter, which stores records of all processes occurring in the Universe. This memory is stored both in the person himself (let us recall the records in the human genetic apparatus discovered by P. P. Gariaev), but there is also an external, “constructively” memory in his organism. The volume of information stored in it is as infinite as the Universe itself. Our internal memory and the information stored in it are only a small particle of this infinite memory of the Universe. And the awakening of this memory in a person can not only restore his health, but also revive spirituality in human society. Galina Sergeevna experimentally proved the correctness of this theory.

In the summer of 1991, she organized a health camp in an inaccessible gorge of the North Caucasus, at the very edge of eternal snows. For two months more than 800 people passed through it, in practice they mastered all the elements of the natural healing system. At the same time, G. S. Shatalova pursued a twofold goal.

First, to establish how the system affects both the spiritual and physical health of people protected from the deforming effects of modern civilization and as close as possible to nature.

Secondly, to see if it is possible to unite the people gathered in the mountains, who were not previously connected by any kindred, ideological, industrial and any other ties, into a society that could serve, albeit a very conditional, model of a human society oriented not to neglect to the laws of nature, and to development in strict accordance with them.

Here is a small excerpt from the book by G. S. Shatalova "Healing Nutrition":

“In our mountain camp in question, there was no breakfast in the usual sense of the word. It was replaced by a cup of herbal decoction with a spoonful of honey. This order was dictated not by my subjective desires or whims, but by the objectively existing biorhythms of the human body. It has long been established that its digestive functions reach maximum activity between 10:00 and 14:00. Therefore, we had dinner at 12 noon. Dishes prepared by the holidaymakers themselves according to recipes of healing nutrition were served to the table. There was no meat, fish, salt, sugar, yeast bread, pasta or confectionery. They were replaced by salads from wild herbs, dishes from vegetables and cereals, cooked with a minimum duration of heat treatment, at a temperature not exceeding 100 ° C, in order to preserve all the natural properties of the products and the structure of the water entering them. And there were also plenty of jokes, funny jokes, laughter - everything that creates a good mood.

I was glad to see how, as people entered a state of complete, and not “practical” health, the lost intuitive thinking, the joy of creativity, inspiration returned to them. They began to write poetry, paint, sing. And all this happened naturally, without any hypnotic influence. Literally before our very eyes, a community of people was formed in which there was no place for lack of spirituality, despondency, isolation, ill will, and laziness. Everyone was ready to help the other, to cheer them up, to return a good mood with a friendly joke."

An alternative to the theory of balanced nutrition is the one developed by the Russian scientist, academician A. M. Coal Theory of Adequate Nutrition. A. M. Ugolev built his theory on the basis of taking into account the physiology, evolutionary features of the functioning of the human digestive system and showed the harmfulness of the theory of balanced nutrition, which is currently accepted in many countries of the world. According to the academician, “… it is in the nutrition problem, perhaps more than anywhere else, that ethics and science, good and evil, knowledge and riddles are integrated” 4.

In 1942 A. M. Ugolev entered the 2nd Moscow Medical Institute, in 1943 he became a cadet at the Naval Medical Academy, in 1948 he graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk Medical Institute. In parallel, for 2 years he studied in absentia at the Faculty of Chemistry of Leningrad University. In 1950 he defended his Ph. D. thesis, in 1958 - his doctoral dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences.

In 1958 A. M. Ugolev made an epoch-making scientific discovery. He discovered membrane digestion - a universal mechanism for the breakdown of nutrients into elements suitable for absorption. He proposed a three-link scheme of the digestive system (cavity digestion - membrane digestion - absorption), an excretory theory of the origin of external and internal secretion, the theory of the digestive-transport conveyor, and the metabolic theory of appetite regulation.

The discovery of A. M. Coal digestion of parietal digestion is a global event that has changed the strategy and tactics of diagnosis and treatment in gastroenterology.

Since 1966, Alexander Mikhailovich became a corresponding member of the USSR Academy of Sciences, founded and directed the academic school-seminar "Modern problems of physiology and pathology of digestion." Member of the International Academy of Astronautics.

Awards and titles: in 1982 - Academician of the USSR Academy of Sciences, nominee for the Nobel Prize in Physiology and Medicine. In 1990 he was awarded the Gold Medal. II Mechnikov, Hippocrates medal, Orders of the Red Banner of Labor, Friendship of Peoples.

“As an honest scientist and man, he was one of the first in our country to oppose the theory of balanced nutrition, pointing out the tragic consequences that it brings to people. This served as a signal for the beginning of his organized persecution: the scientist was deprived not only of his favorite work, but also of any means of subsistence. So to speak, for the edification of the heretics.

It took a long time before A. M. Ugolev was again admitted to scientific activity. However, the hardships that befell him did not pass without leaving a trace. The great scientist was forced to precede the presentation of his ideas, conclusions and discoveries, leaving no stone unturned from the theory of balanced nutrition, with an obligatory ritual bow towards its priests - scientific midgets and routine phrases about the meaning of the "theory" they preached in the development of nutrition science "5 …

What is the peculiarity of the approach to human nutrition from the standpoint of the theory of adequate nutrition, what new has this theory introduced into our ideas about food, nutrition and humans? And how can it be useful in cleansing the physical body?

1. The first feature of this theory is associated with the open A. M. Coal three-link mechanism of digestion (cavity, membrane and intracellular digestion), an important component of which is the mechanism of autolysis or self-digestion of food. What is autolysis and why is it important for us to consider this mechanism in the process of proper nutrition, which ensures the purification of the physical body?

The essence of the discovery by academician A. M. Coal autolysis consists in the fact that the process of digestion of food is 50% determined by enzymes contained in the product itself, which may be a plant or animal. And gastric juice only "turns on" the mechanism of self-digestion of food. Thus, the food object, in natural conditions, provides its own digestion and assimilation. Nature has built a mechanism for "self-digestion" into every living organism. This mechanism was originally aimed at providing the plant embryo with the substance and energy it needs for normal development.

All living organisms have adapted to use the mechanism of self-digestion, and not any, but strictly defined biological objects to replenish their own expenditures of energy and matter, forming food chains (each species has its own nutrition: for example, a cow will not eat meat, and a dog will not eat grass - note. compiler). The enzymes of the “consumer” must correspond to the structures of the tissues of the “food product”, fit together like a key to a lock. Otherwise, it may turn out that the amount of energy consumed for digestion will be greater than that obtained from the consumed product. IN AND. Vernadsky argued that specific nutrition allows the body to preserve its own, inherent only to him, the chemical composition of the substance of cells, and the work of the self-regulation mechanism depends on the constancy of the chemical composition of cells. A change in the chemical composition of cells leads to the fact that a well-functioning system begins to operate with deviations and interruptions.

And what about a person, what kind of nutrition is his body adapted to?

The human gastrointestinal tract differs from both carnivores and herbivores, although it has some similar characteristics with both one and another group of mammals (a detailed comparative analysis of the features of the human gastrointestinal tract and these two groups of mammals is given in the book by G. S. Shatalova "Healing Nutrition"). A person, according to A. M. Ugolev is a fruit-eating creature. His body is adapted for eating the fruits of the earth: fruits, vegetables, berries, cereals, tubers, nuts, seeds, that is, those parts of plants where the concentration of nutrients is much higher than in their green part.

If we talk about a person's ability to eat meat, then there is a fundamental difference between humans and animals. The predator feeds on animal flesh, which fully retains all the properties of the living, including the ability to autolysis, self-digestion. A person does not consume meat in the true sense of the word, but a lifeless combination of proteins and fats obtained as a result of its thermal and culinary processing.

Image
Image

Beloved Babaji in his Message of June 25, 2011 says:

The fact is that the self-digestion process is included only when fresh products are consumed that have not been subjected to prolonged heat treatment (this applies to all products, not just meat). The longer the products undergo heat treatment, the less digestibility of food and the more slagging of the body, because the enzymes necessary for its autolysis are dead. Eating such “lifeless”, defective foods has another negative result: a person is forced to satisfy his needs by significantly increasing the amount of such foods in the diet, because only a part of them is absorbed. Hence the excess weight and depletion of the land due to constant chemicalization to increase yields.

And finally, the most important thing: deprived of natural bioinformatic properties, food products dramatically reduce the spiritual potential of people, bring disorder into the sphere of their emotional and mental activity, destroy the self-regulation of the whole human body, which causes massive chronic diseases, G. S. Shatalova.

Until recently, in Russia, food was prepared mainly by the languishing method: cauldrons with the products put in them were placed in a Russian oven that was heated in the morning, and by lunchtime porridge and vegetables steamed in this way took the necessary consistency, preserving nutrients and enzymes necessary for their digestion …

But, taking into account the energy-informational properties of water, which we considered in the lecture "Water as an energy-informational matrix of life", the most useful are vegetables, fruits, cereals grown by our own hands without the use of pesticides. After all, we already know that all negative information is stored in the water contained in any food, and is transmitted to a person, thereby changing the programs recorded in his genetic apparatus. That is why the quality of water and human food is so important.

Food products sold in stores are often simply poisonous, due to the accumulated negative information in them, due to the use of genetically modified foods for their preparation.

Image
Image

But back to the problem of meat food for humans. The meat in our stomach is digested for eight hours, since human gastric juice has ten times less acidity than that of predators. Vegetables are digested for four hours, fruits for two hours. Therefore, when eating meat together with other products, the body tunes in to the most complex program and secretes gastric juice of maximum acidity for digesting meat - to the detriment of other, simpler programs. As a result, the process of fermentation and gas formation begins in the stomach, high-acid gastric juice enters the small (duodenum) intestine along with fermented bread and undigested meat, which neutralizes its weakly alkaline balance, causing burns and destroying the intestinal microflora.

The result of such an extremely ineffective and uncontrollable work of the gastrointestinal tract is rotting of products and decomposition of the body from the inside, with the release of an unpleasant body odor. Therefore, some scientists talk about the importance of separate nutrition, in which protein food (meat) should not be combined with carbohydrates (bread, potatoes, pasta, cereals, etc.). And if a person is accustomed to meat food and cannot refuse it, then it is important for him to consider that it is better to eat meat without mixing it with other food products.

The arguments of supporters of meat food that with meat, essential amino acids (8 out of 22 amino acids), which are needed to build proteins and which the body cannot produce on its own, get into the human body, in fact, do not correspond to reality.

Complete proteins with a full range of amino acids are found in all leafy vegetables containing chlorophyll, in all types of nuts, in some fruits (pears, persimmons, apricots), as well as in sprouted grains of wheat and other cereals. Lentils, beans and other legumes are rich sources of vegetable protein; soy and soy products (including such as tofu and okara), food chestnuts, amaranth oil. Animal proteins are found in abundance in all types of dairy products: in cottage cheese, milk, fermented baked milk, in cheeses, etc. And if cows extract all the "essential" amino acids from hay alone and produce milk rich in proteins, then people, with a variety of their plant nutrition, should not be deficient in them.

The human body is a perfect chemical laboratory capable of producing all the components necessary for life. IN AND. Vernadsky, for example, believed that living organisms can change the composition of isotopes of chemical elements, their atomic weights. Experimental data have been obtained indicating that transformation of some chemical elements into others takes place in living matter. There is also a hypothesis that controlled soft nuclear reactions take place in living organisms.

But it is important to note that the combination of food products necessary for each specific person is individual and depends on the structural features of his body. This dependence has been known for many millennia and is most fully represented in the ancient science - Ayurveda. According to Ayurveda, the individual characteristics of the body, and, consequently, the individual needs for a certain food are determined by the balance of the vital forces of the three physical energies - vata, pitta and kapha and three mental energies - sattva, rajas and tamas. Harmonization, the balance of these energies is largely achieved by taking into account the energy characteristics that various food products carry. But we will consider this interesting and important topic in more detail in one of the following lectures.

2. The second important provision of the theory of adequate nutrition is that in terms of nutrition, the human body, like the body of higher animals, is a supraorganism system, which includes, in addition to the macroorganism (the host's organism), the microflora of its gastrointestinal tract. The composition of the microflora includes bacteria and protozoa of certain species, characteristic of the digestive tract of a particular organism, species or population. Its volume in an adult is approximately 2.5-3 kg. Microflora is formed in the first weeks of life (when the child passes through the birth canal of the mother, when breastfeeding) and soon after birth, according to Academician A. M. Ugolev, the immunological "gates" are closed, and the community (of a person with microflora - compiler's note), formed at the beginning of life, acquires a barrier,including human immunity and other defense mechanisms.

In addition to the body's immune defense, it is the bacteria of our intestinal microflora that produce and supply the host's body with a certain portion of vitamins and essential amino acids.

How does this happen? First, the bacterial flora not only extracts some useful part from food, but transforms and enriches it.

Secondly, our microflora contains nitrogen-fixing bacteria in the large intestine and in the upper respiratory tract, and due to this it is able to assimilate the nitrogen contained in the air and use it for the production of proteins (E. Franzblau and K. Popp).

In addition to producing vitamins and essential amino acids, microflora also provides:

- destruction of excess food components and the formation of missing components;

- improving the absorption of iron, calcium, vitamin D;

- promotes the formation of leukocytes and enhanced cell renewal of the intestinal mucosa;

- synthesizes or, conversely, converts cholesterol into components, depending on the needs of the body;

- enhances the absorption of water by the intestines.

And this is not all the functions of our microflora.

Therefore, a healthy microflora is our friend, ensuring our health. And we have to take care of him. And the health of microflora is directly dependent on the food we eat.

But what does it mean to eat right, what constitutes the food of our microflora? And here we come to the next important point of the theory of adequate nutrition.

3. It turns out that food for intestinal microorganisms is made up of dietary fiber, crude vegetable fiber. In the traditional theory of balanced nutrition, it is considered an unnecessary, ballast substance that the body must dispose of. But in the theory of adequate nutrition, according to academician A. M. Coal, food must fully meet the needs of the intestinal microflora.

Those who switch to eating foods that have not undergone high-temperature heat treatment, rich in crude fiber, immediately begin to sleep less than one and a half to two hours, during the day they do not feel sleepy at all. Their working capacity increases, their mood rises and a stable, inexhaustible enthusiasm appears. With proper nutrition, rich in crude fiber, so necessary for our microflora, microflora, in turn, will protect us from pathogenic microbes and will supply us with all the vitamins and essential amino acids in the amount we need.

Thus, in the theory of adequate nutrition, along with nutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins, water), dietary fiber, or ballast substances, which are a source of nutrition for bacteria of the intestinal microflora, are recognized as the most important component of food.

Ballast substances are capable of binding toxic compounds. Diseases such as hypertension, ischemic heart disease, atherosclerosis, diabetes, gastrointestinal diseases are the result of not only excessive consumption of carbohydrates and proteins, but also a deficiency of dietary fiber.

The special value of raw fiber is also explained by the fact that fresh products containing it retain their biological and enzymatic properties, preserve the energy contained in them, inherent in all living things. Academician V. I. Vernadsky called biological.

The Swiss physician Bircher Benner proposed to take into account the value of food products according to their ability to accumulate vital energy, which is called prana in the East, that is, according to their energy intensity 6. On this basis, he divided food into three groups.

To the first, the most valuable, Bircher Benner included products consumed in a natural form. These are fruits, berries and fruits of shrubs, roots, salads, nuts, sweet almonds, cereal grains, chestnuts; from animal products - only fresh milk and raw eggs.

In the second group, characterized by a moderate weakening of energy, he included vegetables, tubers of plants (potatoes, etc.), boiled cereal grains, bread and flour products, boiled fruits of trees and shrubs; from animal products - boiled milk, freshly made cheese, butter, boiled eggs.

The third group included foods with a strong weakening of energy caused by necrosis, heating, or both at the same time: mushrooms, which are incapable of accumulating solar energy on their own and existing at the expense of the ready energy of other organisms, long-term cheeses, raw, boiled or fried meat, fish, poultry, smoked and salted meat products.

4. The next provision of the theory of adequate nutrition is based on research by scientists who have found that the human digestive tract not only provides the body with nutrients, but is also a powerful endocrine organ, superior in importance to all other organs of the endocrine system combined.

A. M. Ugolev named the human gastrointestinal tract with its microflora - the largest endocrine organ that synthesizes hormones. Hormones are a kind of carriers of control commands from one organ to another. The human body contains a huge spectrum of various hormones that are involved in all life processes and regulate them, from cell growth to the secretion of stomach acid. These biologically active substances are involved in all life processes.

Hormones are produced by numerous endocrine cells of the gastrointestinal tract and partly by the intestinal microflora, in number and variety they surpass the entire endocrine system of the body - about thirty hormones and hormone-like substances are produced in the gastrointestinal tract. They coordinate, in addition to the functions of the gastrointestinal tract, other important functions. Among them are hormones:

  • typical for the pituitary gland and hypothalamus;
  • enkephalins and endorphins, which cause pain relief, feelings of joy, euphoria, happiness;
  • 95% of serotonin, the deficiency of which provokes migraines and depression, etc. That is, it turns out that our mood, health, performance are largely determined by the work of our gastrointestinal tract, its ability to produce hormones. Changes in hormonal levels can cause the development of serious pathologies.

What determines the production of hormones in the intestine?

As scientists have shown, the synthesis of hormones in the intestine is largely due to the food we eat, from the direct interaction of food components with the intestinal walls, and not from the state of the body (A. M. Ugolev, G. S. Shatalova). Removal of part of the gastrointestinal tract leads to serious hormonal disturbances and the emergence of new diseases.

It turns out that the hormonal background of the body can be regulated by changing the nature of the food consumed. If we eat what our intestines are designed for, then the waste products of bacteria are easily accepted and processed by our body, and all the hormones we need are produced.

If we prefer meat dishes, then putrefactive bacteria will prevail in our body, and, accordingly, the poisonous waste of their vital activity. Many diseases of the gastrointestinal tract originate from here.

Also, the use of antibiotics during treatment can lead to partial or complete destruction of microflora. Its subsequent restoration takes a lot of time and does not always lead to a complete restoration of microflora. Therefore, food is one of the most important stimulators of the work of all systems.

In conclusion of the lecture, I would like to cite interesting results of research by I. JI. Gerlovin, presented in his book "Foundations of a unified theory of all interactions in matter". Studying the patterns that determine the immensely complex and paradoxical life of the microworld, the scientist came to the conclusion that "the main and truly inexhaustible source of energy for living matter, and in particular for humans, is the energy of the physical vacuum, while food is the main building material" "Uses food as an auxiliary source of energy in extreme cases when energy expenditure is above average."

Galina Sergeevna Shatalova, in connection with this statement, notes that the energy flowing through living matter can, in a certain sense, be likened to a stream, the intensity of which directly affects the lifespan of the organism. The more we let energy through ourselves in a unit of time, the shorter our earthly existence. In such conditions, the economy of life should really be parsimoniously economical.

As you know, not a single species of living was designed by nature in the expectation of the individual immortality of a single organism. His lifespan depends on many factors - both constant and variable.

The constant factors, Galina Sergeevna notes, include the average amount of energy that a healthy representative of a given biological species can use throughout its life. For a person, such an energy "limit" is, according to the calculations of the supporters of the theory of balanced nutrition, about 50,000,000 kcal. If this value is divided by the average daily energy expenditure, determined in accordance with the theory of balanced nutrition in 2500-3000 kcal, it turns out that the life expectancy will be equal to 20,000 days, or about 58 years.

Now let's compare. The average daily diet of followers of the natural healing system is less than 1000 kcal. Moreover, this is not a calculated, but a real figure, confirmed by many years of experience of tens of thousands of people living a natural life. As a result, we find: 50,000,000: 1,000 = 50,000 days, or 137 years. You can draw conclusions yourself.
