What then, one might ask, were they defended against such weapons, more sophisticated than which it is already difficult to imagine?
The remedy is mentioned in the same Mahabharata. The god Shiva supplies the main character of this legend to Arjun with such a means that is capable of repelling the blows of any other weapon. It is called the "Eternal Weapon". Shiva punishes Arjuna never to use it on its own against anyone, but only as a means of defense. Otherwise, God says, "it can burn up this whole transitory world."
To create all these incredible technical means, the Atlanteans had to use some kind of high technology. Moreover, for the construction of aircraft, which, as the sacred texts of ancient India say, could hit each other with special destructive rays, and also had a special system of mirrors on them to protect them from the enemy's rays. All their flying "Vimana", "Soundalika" and "Mourdhvika" had to be made of special perfect alloys and consist of complex mechanisms. And what is interesting is that geology has brought to the aid of historians and archaeologists something that confirms the existence of such perfect technologies in those times immemorial.
We wanted to find a bolt from Vimana Atlanteans, but this is more interesting than any bolt.
There is a small river in the Urals called Narada *. In the early 90s, geologists worked there, looking for gold. In layers corresponding to more than 20 thousand years ago, instead of gold, they found amazing objects made taking into account the Golden Ratio. These are miniature spirals ranging in size from three thousandths of a millimeter to three centimeters. The material from which they are created is an alloy of tungsten and molybdenum. Now the methods of manufacturing such microscopic products are called nanotechnology and are just beginning to be mastered by modern science. Nanotechnology is possible only in the conditions of perfect ultra-clean and ultra-precise scientific laboratories. And twenty thousand years ago it was already used for some technical purposes.
Such is not the "stone", but the "tungsten-molybdenum" age.
The entire system of world energy is based on the Golden Ratio and, perhaps, such spirals served in devices associated with the transformation or receipt of some kind of energy.

It is interesting that the "airplanes" of the ancients, as the myths testify, were distinguished by a greater variety than modern ones, precisely as regards the principle of movement. In it, electric charges were divided into positive ions and negative electrons, ions were distributed over the surface, creating a shield that protects against the Earth's magnetic field, and the electrons in the center turned into a superconducting vortex of energy. The description of the device of flying vehicles in Celtic legends also includes some "magic horses", which in appearance were not horses at all, but some objects "covered with iron skin", and, moreover, did not have any "skeleton" inside them.

King Rama, the hero of the Indian epic Ramayana, was born to defeat the king of evil demons, the giant Ravana. In his diplomatic trips between state affairs and battles with enemies, he uses an interesting "heavenly chariot".
If the ancient author had used not the phrase "celestial chariot", but the exact name of the aircraft, then to us, his descendants, it would say little (just like the term "Boeing-747" to archaeologists of the future). Therefore, the narrator calls it that, making sure that we understand the main thing - it moves, and even flies.
Rama's "chariot" was large and beautifully painted. It had two floors, many rooms and windows. When it rose into the air, "the roar filled all four sides of the horizon" (this will be well understood by those who now live near airfields). In flight, she made a monotonous sound, shone, "like fire on a summer night," "like a comet in the sky," "blazed like red fire." It was set in motion by "winged lightning".

It is interesting to compare these descriptions with modern reality, but it is even more interesting to imagine King Rama flying on this plane over ancient cities and tropical forests. It will be in the spirit of modern fantasy stories in the fantasy genre. Priests, magic, winged chariots. The glitter of gilded pagodas, decorated with filigree carvings, sacred fishes moving lazily in the temple pools, and iron machines cutting through the blue sky in the roar and sparkling of fire … A fairy tale that was once a reality. A reality for thousands of years.
This reality included something else. Familiar details give us a glimpse of another Atlantean achievement.
In the handwritten legends of ancient India, heroes take off in "heavenly chariots" and rise "above the kingdom of the winds." - Obviously, where there is no air, beyond the atmosphere. It is said that the inhabitants of the Earth can ascend to the abode of the heavenly inhabitants, and the heavenly inhabitants can descend to the Earth. And the limits to which earthlings fly on their aircraft differed into "solar region" and "stellar regions". No more, no less - the solar system and the stellar worlds. As the Indian scientist Charaka wrote five thousand years ago, "Our Earth, like all the luminous celestial bodies that surround us, is only one atom of the huge Whole." The universe is boundless, and all the worlds in it are inhabited by living beings. This habitability of space is one of the axioms of ancient legends, and they are an echo of the perfect science of great civilizations that have gone into oblivion. What new have we discovered or invented?
Incredibly, even such achievements and knowledge did not once save a person from a natural disaster. Though, if you think about it, our technological advances also did not add to our strength in the face of natural geological shifts. For every perfect "Titanic" there may be an iceberg smelling of fish and algae, and no spaceship will save the civilization that created it from flooding.
Technological progress is not aimed at saving millions or helping millions, because its main engine and inexhaustible source is war. Most of the technical achievements of civilization are direct or by-products of military developments. For the sake of war and for war, this is the only time and condition under which the rulers do not spare the funds, created by the labor of millions, for scientific research and development. Improvements in our life, therefore, have always, as in the days of Atlantis, were and are a pitiful parody of the fantastic perfection of the means of homicide.
And so the wars of our indefatigable ancestors continue:
"Kukara began to rain lightning on the city from all directions." But this did not give the desired results and then a projectile was fired from the aircraft, which contained the power of the entire Universe … The flash was bright, like 1000 suns at its zenith.
Another description from the Mahabharata even more closely resembles the pride of our modern civilization - a ballistic missile with an atomic charge. This is the "Weapon of Brahma", which looks like a giant "iron arrow":
“A flashing projectile with a glow of fire devoid of smoke was fired. A thick fog suddenly covered the army. All sides of the horizon were plunged into darkness. Evil whirlwinds rose. The clouds roared to the height of the sky … It seemed that even the Sun was spinning. The world, scorched by the heat of this weapon, seemed to be in a fever …”Thousands of people, elephants, chariots were incinerated on the spot. The other thousands of warriors who survived fled scorched and terrified. Despite the fact that the battle was not over yet, they hurried to the nearest river to wash themselves, their clothes and weapons in it. (They are also now saving themselves from radioactive dust.)
A characteristic detail: the commander orders another unused "iron arrow" to be neutralized, for which he has to grind it into powder and dissolve it in the sea.
It seems that there was a reason for the Earth to be angry with its inhabitants. Clarification of the relationship, when entire cities turn together with their inhabitants into a caked stone mass, is the limit of human madness. And this madness also left a reminder of itself to archaeologists. Even on the remains of cities and fortresses dating back to a time later than Atlantis, there are traces of the impact of super-powerful fire.
Within the walls of two ancient fortresses in Ireland - Dundalka and Ekossa - granite blocks are melted by heat, which had a temperature of at least a thousand degrees. The stones that once piled buildings in the ancient Indian city of Mohenjo-Daro were melted down. The same was found during excavations of the capital of the ancient Hittite state in Asia Minor - Hattusa (II millennium BC). The brickwork of all the houses of the city, without exception, has been transformed into a cracked solid red mass, which no fire could have done *. Someone used a source of such incredible fire in relation to the whole city.
"This extraordinary and perfect weapon should never be used by you against people … If some inhuman enemy attacks you, oh hero, then use this weapon in battle to defeat him" - this is the instruction that Arjuna receives in the Mahabharata, when in his hands the most powerful means of destruction is given, called Brahmashiras. According to the epic, Arjuna, a disciple of Krishna, with honor passes all tests in battles and defeats enemies. But these enemies are unusual - "inhuman", as the author of the Mahabharata says
What are these enemies?
And here we again meet the obligatory character of all, without exception, ancient legends and traditions. These are superhuman beings called Gods, Titans, Nagas, Devas, Daityas, Asuras, Rakshasas. All of them in their knowledge, abilities and nature are an order of magnitude higher than people, in their power to command the forces of nature, but moral qualities divide them into two opposing camps. Some of them are the Kings of Light, the Lords of Wisdom, others are the Lords of Darkness and Evil. We have already met both those and others in the legend of the last days of Atlantis in the Stanzas of Dzyan. The warrior Arjuna in the Mahabharata fights against evil demons, just like King Rama in the Ramayana.

And here's the question. The perfection and higher knowledge of civilizations that have disappeared from the face of the Earth is obvious and brings evidence of itself into the hands of archaeologists every day, and all these Gods and Demons, about whom the same legends speak, those Divine Rulers, Solar and Moon gods, in which all ancient peoples believed, including all the great philosophers and scientists of antiquity, are they all the fruit of a rich imagination, fantasy?
If this is a fantasy, a superstition, then how could such an exact science, which created stone ultrasound generators and ultra-miniature products made of ultra-pure alloys, border on silly superstition?
A person can be wise, maybe smart, but in both cases he cannot be ignorant and believe in something that is not confirmed by his personal experience and logic. And if he repeatedly asserts something as a fact, then, recognizing him as intelligent and enlightened, do we have reason not to believe him?
Does logic contradict the possibility of existence in the Universe, in the world in which we live, of beings more developed than we? Could there be such creatures - superhumans, in comparison with which we are - unreasonable, undeveloped Neanderthals?
The same theory of evolution and all nature before us show endless confirmation of this assumption. As far as a community of ants, building anthill cities, uniting them into forest empires, growing mushrooms, protecting their roads from radiation, is more perfect than an accumulation of the simplest blue-green algae, so, if not more, a person is more perfect than an ant. And simple logic dictates that there may be a creature that is as advanced on the path of evolution as compared to man, as man has outstripped the ant in evolution.
The great book of nature unfolds before us its illustrations and shows countless stages-steps of development, from species to species, from kingdom to kingdom. However, as well as the stages of degradation. A fish can become almost a polyp, a mollusk, clinging to a stone and taking nothing from life except the solid foundation of the stone surface and that which itself floats into the stomach. A person sometimes with his fussy indifference, polluting and destroying the very place that feeds him, looks insignificant in comparison with an ant living harmoniously in nature. Maybe then the legends of antiquity about the degraded gods, who turned from the mentors of man into the darkeners of his mind, are not an image of the idle imagination of the ancients, not a fairy tale, but reality? And then a degraded super-being, morally degenerate, but still possessing its own super-powers and super-intelligence,will be the embodiment of the most sophisticated and powerful evil, especially united by a common goal with other such super-beings.
We have to go through the entire panorama of human history. Many facts and events will be covered in our research. Many questions will arise before us and lead us deeper and deeper into the thick of the otherworldly, mysterious side of life. But the main question of all our research is the one that we are starting to touch at the moment. All facts and conclusions in the book will be devoted to him in one way or another. And this question is, rather, psychological. It concerns precisely these "mythical" creatures. And he will ask each of us not about whether they exist, whether there is enough evidence of their presence with us, but about whether we WANT to notice, see their presence.
This question is extremely important, as is its topic itself. Directly connected with our spiritual, religious life, he, nevertheless, remains in the greatest neglect, not being taken into account either in knowledge or in practical life. So, as if not only he himself was incomprehensible and vague, but also vague, vague the answer to it. This strangeness really means that, giving, as it seems to us, the greatest attention to religion, we turn our backs, brush aside what may be its essence. Most likely, the reason for this is the lack of an unbiased, systematized scientific approach to those facts, the diversity and unusualness of which alarms, confuses an indecisive mind.
