I work as a commandant in a student residence. In 2009, in the last days of August, I, as usual, settled freshmen into rooms. In one of the rooms, in which two freshmen settled, each of the girls hung on the mirror near the bed. The beds were facing each other, respectively, and the mirrors "looked" at each other. Where the girls dug up these mirrors from, I don't know: they are old and worn out by time. No, not antiques, but both mirrors definitely heard Brezhnev's speeches.
From that moment, young, ruddy country girls began to lose weight and dry out. They walked sluggishly, with huge bags under their eyes, as if they did not get enough sleep. This could be attributed to the fact that the girls have spree, but I saw that it was always quiet in their room, and after nine in the evening they never returned to the hostel. Then the girls began to miss couples more and more often, they could sit in a locked room until dinner.

One day I noticed that it was already eight o'clock in the evening, and the freshmen had never left the room. I have duplicate keys for all rooms. I opened the door, and almost fainted from what I saw, from my screams dozens of students gathered outside the room in a matter of seconds. The girls were in the room, dead. They hanged themselves opposite each other in the very center of the room, on the line where the mirrors were located, and an infinite number of dead bodies were reflected in the mirrored corridor. What could have caused two young freshmen to do this, I will definitely never get an answer to this question.
After that incident, of course, no one wanted to live in this room. A pantry was made from the room. However, the students who live in the neighboring rooms still complain that they hear some steps, creaks and voices in the accursed room. Although, who knows, young people love to joke!
