Russian President Vladimir Putin is set to release evidence that the U. S. government engineered the recent hurricane wave that devastated much of America's coastline.
Like a confident boxer, Putin fiddles with photographs taken from Russia's Elektro-L No.1 meteorological satellite and waits for the moment to publish his findings.
According to Kremlin insiders, Putin will do this around Christmas. Russia will release satellite images to show everyone that Hurricanes Irma and Harvey, as well as other extreme weather events seen in the United States recently, were designed by people from US intelligence agencies.
Putin is the only world leader not afraid to challenge the New World Order, which he is single-handedly trying to defeat. The destruction caused by unprecedented storms was, in his opinion, orchestrated by the Deep State with the aim of destabilizing the United States, causing massive suffering and discontent among the people. Nevertheless, the true nature of this global structure with the help of Russia will be revealed.
So is HAARP really to be held responsible for the recent hurricanes?
Putin's claims that the hurricanes were man-made may sound far-fetched at first glance, but weather and geoengineering are well-established practices.
One of the world's leading scientists, Dr. Michio Kaku, recently admitted live that the US government has long been capable of artificially causing hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis and major storms.

In an interview with CBS, Dr. Kaku acknowledged that the recent "man-made" hurricanes were the result of the government's weather change program, in which the atmosphere was artificially saturated with "storm nanoparticles" and then the pattern was activated by lasers.
The so-called High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) was established in the early 1990s as part of an ionospheric research program co-funded by the US Air Force, US Navy, University of Alaska Fairbanks and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).).
HAARP can turn the weather into an effective weapon, causing droughts or hurricanes, floods and even earthquakes.
