In 2005, an anonymous source sent several emails to a UFO discussion group run by former US government official Victor Martinez. These letters described in detail the activities of the delegation exchange program between the US government and the Ebens - alien beings from the planet Serpo, located in the Zeta Grid star system.

The source identified himself as a former government employee and stated that he was taking part in a special program.

The program dates back to two UFO disasters that happened in 1947 in New Mexico - the famous incident in Roswell and another in Corona.

The source claimed that one alien survived the crash and was transported to Los Alamos National Laboratory. The bodies of six more aliens who died in the accident were placed in the same freezer.

The surviving alien was able to establish contact with scientists and representatives of the army, informed them of the location of his home planet, and fruitfully collaborated until his death in 1952.

The alien explained the purpose of various items in the crashed UFO. One of them was a telecommunication device with which he was allowed to contact his home planet.

The meeting was scheduled for April 1964, and at the agreed time an alien ship landed at the Alamogordo test site in New Mexico. After taking the bodies of their dead comrades, the aliens began to exchange information. Communication took place in English with the help of alien equipment, which carried out the translation.

Contact evolved, and in 1965, the aliens agreed to take a group of humans to their planet as part of a kind of delegation exchange program.

Twelve military personnel were carefully selected for a ten-year stay on Serpo. Ten men and two women were specialists in various fields, they were tasked with collecting as much information as possible about the nature, social life and technologies of an alien world. The distance of 37 light years from Earth to Serpo was covered by the alien ship in just nine months.

They returned in 1978, three years late and losing four. Two men died on an alien planet, and another man and one woman decided to stay there forever.

The messengers saw that the planet Serpo is very similar to our own, only slightly smaller in size. The planet revolves around a binary star, and has an atmosphere that is almost identical to that of Earth.

However, having two suns meant much higher levels of natural radiation, and people had to use protection all the time. Two died from radiation-related illnesses. The planet is extremely hot, and people had to get used to it for several years.

Another problem was food. The provisions they took with them lasted for two and a half years, so the team ended up eating local Eben food. Anyone who has traveled abroad knows how severe gastrointestinal upset can be caused by local food. But in the end, people adapted.

The length of daylight hours on Serpo, which is 43 Earth hours, was also troublesome. Also, the planet never really got dark as the lesser sun lit up the night sky. The human delegation was given complete freedom to explore Serpo without any hindrance from the ebens.

The geography and geology of an alien world are seriously different from ours: there are mountains, but no oceans. There are some types of plant life, but mostly near the poles, where the climate is colder.

There are also several species of animals, the larger of which are used by ebens for work and other tasks, but never for food. Ebens produce food industrially, through a wide variety of technological processes.

The inhabitants of Serpo live in small communities that form a large city. They don't have a central government, but they seem to get along fine without it.

The Ebens have leadership and an army, but the team of earthlings did not notice that they had ever used any weapon, and practically did not hear about violence. Aliens do not have such concepts as money and commerce. Necessary things are given to each ebony according to the need.

The population of the planet was about 650 thousand individuals. The Earthlings noticed that the Ebens are extremely disciplined in all aspects of life. Their work schedules are based on the movement of the sun. There were no other civilizations on Serpo.

Their breeding process is very similar to ours, but with a much lower probability of success. Thus, children are very rare.

Moreover, the only time earthlings encountered a problem was when trying to photograph alien children. The Eben military took them away and asked them never to do this again.

Upon returning to Earth, the remaining eight members of the expedition were in quarantine for a year. During this time they were asked about completing tasks; the full report was over 3000 pages.

Since then, all members of the delagation have died from the effects of radiation. Nothing is known about the fate of the two remaining on Serpo. The Ebens have not communicated with Earth since 1985.
