The report of the Russian ufologist E. Litvinov "Aliens Among Us", made by him at a meeting of the Commission on the RGS, should even be called a little differently, emphasizing that the highest unearthly civilizations (EC) have been present on Earth from time immemorial, that is, aliens have always been among us and even contributed to the birth of our human society.
There are hundreds of books and countless other materials, says the ufologist, which outline the following picture in general: aliens have always been on Earth, and this is documented, starting with rock paintings and ending with myths, legends and religious teachings. Moreover, the most convincing evidence of this is hidden in every possible way. Nevertheless, according to the available information, ufologists count more than 80 alien races on our planet, arriving mainly from the constellations Lyra, Big Dog, Taurus, Orion, Dragon, Centaurus, Leo, etc., that is, from the nearest quadrant of the Milky Way …
Why do we not notice the aliens who live among us
Many aliens live among people, because they are very similar to us. Here is how E. Litvinov himself classifies such "invisible aliens":
- biorobots, among which the "men in black" with their special functions stand out;
- aliens, outwardly very similar to people or possessing the ability to take the form of people (very often this is attributed to repiloids);

- star children and hybrid creatures;
- the so-called settlers (a delicate matter of an alien is settled in a person).
If aliens are on Earth from the very beginning, why all sorts of horror stories are constantly circulated in the media about them, from kidnapping for creepy experiments to a massive alien invasion that is about to happen (the latter was supposedly planned for the New Year just past, but … again did not take place)? According to E. Litvinov, all alien races on Earth are exclusively peaceful. They try to help us as much as they can, preventing the most terrible disasters. However, aliens do not have the right to roughly interfere in the development of earthly society (the law of the Universe on freedom of choice). But there are no aggressive aliens on our blue ball, and there never have been, if they existed, they would have easily destroyed or enslaved people a long time ago.
Why aliens don't rudely interfere with our lives
The aggressiveness of aliens, like the silence of any information about them, is needed only by the powers that be in order to reign supreme over the masses. To this end, they invent religions as a tool for enslaving people, make the aliens themselves myths and fairy-tale heroes, and now, when it is simply difficult to hide information about aliens, they resort to the already tested method of creating "scarecrows". This is how the Illuminati, for example, unleashed practically the Third World War on September 11, 2001, declaring an international fight against terrorism, in fact throwing enormous funds to generate it, which is why the world is shuddering in endless military conflicts to this day.
Now the Illuminati are strenuously playing the card of "massive alien invasion", not to mention the fact that they have long created the image of warlike, cruel and insidious reptilians (reptoids). In fact, according to conspiracy theorists and advanced ufologists, reptoids, possessing inexhaustible emotional energy, are extremely kind aliens, and their hearts are boundless in their love for people. Moreover, the higher races of aliens present on Earth will never allow alien aggressors here, which certainly exist in the Universe.
But the Illuminati need all this in order to maintain their unlimited power - the power of this parasitic elite over multibillion-dollar humanity. Indeed, in the face of a common enemy (and such a terrible one as aliens) it is easy to do whatever you want: to knock out fabulous money for weapons, organize any mass lawlessness, not to mention hunger, concealment of great achievements, destruction of geniuses and many other crimes against humanity. But humanity must itself get rid of all these vices of its social development, in this case, the aliens perform only the role of firefighters and ambulances, sometimes preventing a nuclear war, sometimes destroying a meteorite falling on the city (Tunguska and Chelyabinsk variants), but in general, without roughly interfering in our a life.
Such a generally almost fantastic picture about aliens was painted by the famous ufologist E. Litvinov. Believe in his report or not, it is a personal matter for every earthling. In conclusion, we just note that the scientist ended his speech in approximately the same way: unfortunately, the consciousness of earthlings today is still too primitive (which suits the mighty of this world very much), which is why no official contact with aliens can be expected in the near future …
