Russian President Vladimir Putin could become the man who could make world history by announcing the existence of intelligent aliens and that they are visiting Earth, says the conspiracy theorist after spending a week in Moscow and urging the Kremlin to recognize aliens.
The US-based Paradigm Research Group (PRG) believes in the conspiracy theory that world powers are hiding a huge secret, that intelligent aliens regularly visit Earth and work with governments on top-secret projects.
Steve Bassett, founder of PRG, is the only registered lobbyist in the United States for alien disclosure.
However, he does not believe that Donald Trump is the man who tells the truth to the world and that Steve went to Russia to try and nudge Putin to take the initiative.
A US citizen, Mr. Bassett, spent a week in Russia trying to convince Mr. Putin of the importance of lifting the "truth embargo" that he claims is stopping world leaders from telling the public the truth about aliens.
Mr. Bassett believes the embargo dates back to 1947, when a flying saucer crashed and crashed in Roswell, New Mexico.
During his visit, he gave an interview to a Russian TV channel and released a video.
Mr. Bassett said: “I deliberately introduced my intrigue to the question of why Putin did not disclose this information 26 years after the end of the Cold War.

While in Moscow, Mr. Bassett also held meetings with a number of groups dealing with extraterrestrial issues in Russia. These groups include a number of former Soviet and Russian military and special agents.
Mr. Bassett said: “In Russia and in the Soviet Union, there has always been significant government attention on extraterrestrial phenomena.”
In a statement, PRG said: “In a full interview, Bassett addressed a wide range of topics, including various considerations that could prompt Russian President Vladimir Putin to make the first official recognition by a head of state regarding an extraterrestrial presence associated with humanity.
In this respect, the interview was unprecedented, since this was the first time someone had put forward this argument to the Russian media inside or outside Russia.
The PRG has repeatedly stated in the American media that Vladimir Putin is the most likely head of state in our time to officially recognize the extraterrestrial presence and provide new evidence from Russian military sources to support this claim.
If this happens, the geopolitical consequences for the United States will be significant."
