In the UK there is a girl who is 206 centimeters tall and is the tallest teenager in the British Isles
18 -year-old Jessica Pardo (Jessica Pardoe) can look down even on the famous long-legged Peter Crouch (201 cm, the highest British footballer).
- The biggest problem for me is buying shoes. I have to do this in specialized stores, since my sizes are simply not in the usual ones, Jessica says.
She has a shoe size of 11 feet (46 men's in our measurements) and the shoes are quite expensive. But this is nothing with the selection and purchase of clothes suitable for Jessica.

-I have never heard of women with legs longer than mine and this causes the same inconvenience as with shoes. You have to buy through online stores at an exorbitant price.
However, despite all these troubles, Jessica is proud of her height. She says that this makes her not like everyone else, unusual and noticeable.
-I love to take part in various musical processions and parades, I can be clearly seen in the crowd, and I can see everything.

During one of these events, she was asked to share photos and messages on a Facebook page specially created for her called "The 8 foot Girl At Wakestock 2011" (Jessica is actually 6 feet 9 inches tall).). The group already has over 4 thousand fans.
Jessica's parents are also not small, only slightly shorter than their daughter, and her younger 17-year-old brother Neil was almost equal to her height.
At birth, Jessica was 53 cm tall, that is, like most newborns, but by the age of 18 months she was ahead of her peers in growth.
- When I was sitting in the stroller, passers-by looked at me strangely, apparently thinking that I was too big to ride in it, - laughs Jessica.
In high school (grades 4-6), Jessica was already as tall as a normal average adult. Jessica's mother quite expectedly accepted her peculiarity, because even distant relatives in this family are tall.

In everyday life, high growth still brings a lot of problems:
-I recently signed up for driving courses, says the girl, but when I got into the car, my legs could not fit in the space between the seat and the car. My instructors bent the chair back, but it was useless.
Meanwhile, a spokeswoman for the UK's Tall Men Club said that according to their data, there was no woman taller in the country than Jessica.
