“This triangular UFO was captured on camera by the rover this week, photo Sol 688. I say triangle because the object looks like TR3B (classic triangular UFO) in the distance. The ball at its center and its short end … says it could be a triangle with two visible points,”writes ufologist Scott Waring on his UFO Diaries website.

The triangular UFO was originally discovered by Youtube user Streetcap1, known for his findings while studying NASA photographs. He said he "almost spilled his coffee when he saw this."
Waring writes: “When I enlarged the details of the photo, I saw that the object did indeed look like most of the traditional triangular UFO ships that had been seen for decades or more. It is a real 3D object with a shadow. Look at the shading around the edges. The shading becomes lighter at the edges and this indicates that the object is real. Sunlight is reflected more at the top than at the bottom. NASA should provide clear explanations."
