However, the rescuers verify the decryption data by the radio amateur
The phonoscopic examination did not find any speech signals on the recordings of the Tagil radio amateur Valentin Degtyarev. This was announced today by the acting head of the Ural Investigative Directorate of Transport Vladimir Kulakov. The examination was carried out by experts of the ECC of the Transport Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Ural Federal District.
The experts did not find speech signals on the audio recordings either at the phrase or word level.
Nevertheless, Vladimir Kulakov said that the data provided by the radio amateur is being verified, searches are going on in the Garinsky urban district. According to Kulakov, in 1931 the “October Revolution” collective farm appeared there (the villages of Chanovo, Novoselovo and Ust-Lozva), 20 years later it was enlarged into the “Kolos” state farm.
At the same time, rescuers checked the area at one of the coordinates (south of the village of Gari), named by Valentin Degtyarev. No traces of the aircraft were found.
Now rescuers are heading to an area located about 20 km from the village of Lifts in the Garinsky urban district downstream of the Sosva River. This is the second coordinate of the possible location of the aircraft, set by a radio amateur from Nizhny Tagil.
