Investigators and rescuers, searching for the An-2 maize operator who disappeared in June in the Sverdlovsk region, calculated that a mysterious “revolutionary” place appears in a strange radio signal intercepted in the first days of September by an equally strange radio amateur from Nizhny Tagil. A distorted male voice mentions "the state farm of the Revolution" several times, and also speaks of "an empty settlement when the Soviet Union collapsed."

It has been established that until the 1950s, the “October Revolution” collective farm existed in the Garinsky urban district of the region. The Ministry of Emergency Situations received coordinates from the investigation, and on Wednesday two operational groups of rescuers moved to the scene. Seven people will survey the territory south of the village of Gari, three - an area about 20 kilometers from the village of Lifts downstream of the Sosva River, according to the website of the Sverdlovsk department of the department.

Groups will need less than a day to arrive at the site. In general, their trip, including the survey of the territory and the way back, can last 2-3 days.

As Life News notes, to the south of the village of Gari are the ruins of three abandoned villages - Chanovo, Ust-Lozva and Pervomaika. It was these villages that from 1931 to 1950 made up the collective farm named after the October Revolution. In the middle of the last century, the collective farm was disbanded, people left the villages, and since then no one lives there.

“Coordinates: 59 degrees 2 minutes 22.21 seconds north latitude 62 degrees 22 minutes 11.69 seconds east longitude were transferred to our department, as well as to the Investigative Committee, - told the website in the regional Ministry of Emergencies. - This point is exactly 120 kilometers from Serov, as it sounded in the radio message. On satellite maps there are clearly visible abandoned, destroyed buildings, the remains of a collapsed bridge. Everything exactly matches the description from the radio message."

In addition, on Wednesday, a planned survey of the area continues by two foot groups of rescuers to the west from the village of Stary Perevoz. The walking police group continues to work in the western direction from the village of Koptyaki, according to the website of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies in the Sverdlovsk Region. In total, 45 people are involved in the search for the An-2 aircraft, including 10 police officers, 35 rescuers of the Ural Regional Search and Rescue Unit and the Regional Rescue Service.

Disappearance of An-2: investigators gather press conference

For two months, the missing plane was also searched from the air, but such searches were stopped in early August. More than 30 million rubles have already been spent on searches, URA.ru specifies. The agency reports that on Wednesday employees of the Ural Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, investigating a criminal case into the disappearance of An-2, will give a press conference on the progress of the investigation.

As the site reminds, the An-2 aircraft, owned by the company "Avia Call", took off from the airfield of the city of Serov on June 11, 2012. His departure was not authorized. There were 12 passengers on board, including the head of the city traffic police Dmitry Ushakov and his subordinate Maxim Maevsky. The aircraft was piloted by the aircraft commander Khatip Kashapov. According to one of the media reports, he has long been engaged in unauthorized commercial transportation: 20 minutes of flight cost 1,000 rubles.

In the intercepted distress signal, according to the decoding available to Life News, "two policemen" appear - a voice informs that they are "finished" and they "died." Also, by scraps of phrases, one can understand that there are still “two wounded”, the pilot “fell asleep at the wheel”, people are threatened by “hungry bears” who “live upstairs”. Many more mysterious phrases are uttered - about some "friend in Tagil", about a pistol allegedly in the possession of the speaker, about a daughter who is a "witness" and "knows where they were …", and finally about the "ataman of the Cossack army" "Was here", and about the "poachers" who "saw us."

So far, no one except the radio amateur has managed to make out the voices and words on the sound recording - only noise, Uralinformburo notes. The audio files were sent for phonoscopic examination, the results of which will appear only next week.

However, already on Wednesday acting. Vladimir Kulakov, the head of the Ural Investigative Directorate for Transport of the Investigative Committee, said that they could not decipher the radio signals transmitted by a resident of Nizhny Tagil. There is "the absence of a legible sound signal - both at the level of a word and at the level of a phrase," RIA Novosti quotes him.

Bloggers have found "evidence" that radio amateurs are "schizoid"

It is known about the radio amateur that this is a 42-year-old resident of Nizhny Tagil Valentin Degterev. Uralinformburo reports that he is an entrepreneur. Life News calls him a physician.

And Forumavia.ru participants, following the search for the plane, discovered that on June 15, that is, on the third day after the loss, there was a strange commentary signed by Valentin Degterev to the article of Komsomolskaya Pravda on this topic. The article reported on the "revived" phone of one of the passengers.

Here is a commentary left by user Valentin Degterev on the newspaper's website: “The bear is eating a corpse. The phone turned on. While the charge holds, but the very first rain will "kill" him. And so the bear, apparently, got scared of the call and ran away. The plane did not sink. Fell on the ground. Apparently not much and burned. If the corpses survived. And the phone in my pocket didn't crash. They are all dead. And I feel sorry for them. Don't insult them. Not in the Divine way … They will answer before the High Court."

Comparing the June arguments about "bears" and the current "hungry bears who live upstairs", bloggers came to the conclusion that this radio amateur is a "schizoid", and all his entries are "bullshit".
