In two decades, UFOs have visited the capital and its environs nine times, according to ufologists. "Vecherka" figured out where they got these numbers from.
The fact that the capital, they say, was visited by a UFO, we learn from the Internet, as a rule, not from the most reliable sites. It happens, and the leading media, like "Vechernyaya Moskva", pick up the news. For fun, of course. We hope readers understand this.

When you look at it, it becomes a little uncomfortable: according to the data, aliens fly to Earth no less often than Russians to Turkey.
The map shows really interesting cases, which are not very convincing to explain from the point of view of science.

The map is dotted with icons in the form of flying saucers and ships. Click on the icon, a plate pops up with a date, a description of the appearance of a spaceship to the people, evidence, and sometimes photos and videos. Moreover, the space over Russia, in contrast to the same Britain, is almost empty. Only the sky above Moscow is plowed by alien starships.
As many as nine in 15 years … We asked the Moscow ufologist Yuri Senkin who so scrupulously records these data and why the capital attracts newcomers.
- The map is familiar to me. It was developed by the largest organization for the study of UFO activity, the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). Its headquarters are located in the USA, branches - all over the world, - said Senkin. - Who knows who can not say: I saw a UFO and put a mark on this map. An application is made, then MUFON ufologists check the information: they interview eyewitnesses, look for evidence. MUFON can afford it. They have millions of budgets, equipment. In the United States, thousands of people are doing this. There is also a MUFON branch in Russia, but they are limited in funds. And the country is big. Well, who will go to Novosibirsk to check the aliens application? Therefore, there are few marks on the territory of Russia.

For UFOs, people take everything incomprehensible that happens in the sky. Half can be attributed to lens flare. A quarter - by the weather. But the rest raises doubts even among ardent skeptics. "Vecherka" decided to check several marks on the map. According to one, in 2010, a giant pyramid-shaped spaceship hovered over the Kremlin. Another explanation says that in February 2016 four fireballs flew over Zhulebino.
The evidence of the "pyramid" was found at the first request on the Internet. Several videos shot by different users (mainly from the Bolshoi Moskvoretsky Bridge) show how a giant triangular object hovered exactly between the Spasskaya Tower and the Cathedral of St. Basil the Blessed.
It just happened in December 2009. An intelligible explanation of what it was was not even found in the Kremlin. We found eyewitnesses of the Zhulebinsky phenomenon in social networks, in one of the groups of UFO researchers. The amateur ufologist Vasily Lebedev remembers that night very well.
- They flew in formation, then descending in a spiral, then soaring up, - said Lebedev. - One red, three white. As soon as I saw what kind of aerobatics these balls were doing, there was no doubt. They are definitely not of terrestrial origin and were clearly ruled by intelligent beings.
We are waiting for guests
Most of the marks on the MUFON map are observed in the area of the Kremlin and Okhotny Ryad. That is, where a modern compact aircraft cannot be mistaken for a UFO: flights are prohibited there. An attempt to launch a quadcopter on Red Square will result in a fine.
- In Moscow, one has to observe alien invasions especially often, - Senkin believes. - There are two explanations for this. First, the capital is crowded: several people will notice the plate at once. Secondly, Moscow has historically been a place of power that attracts everyone and everything. Why do so many tourists come to the capital? Perhaps this also affects extraterrestrial intelligence.
If ufologists are not cunning, Moscow will have to receive guests from other planets more than once. In addition, researchers of extraterrestrial intelligence do not exclude that aliens are about to come into contact with people. So why don't they do it in Moscow? Muscovites are hospitable, polite and tolerant people. Aliens, until now, have shown themselves well-mannered tourists: quiet, almost imperceptible. And most importantly, they don't litter.
