Esotericists say that in the event of a violent death, a person's soul is not ready to move to another world. This often happens in the case of tragic situations, terrorist attacks, car and plane crashes. A person lives, makes plans for the future, and suddenly his life suddenly ends. His soul cannot understand what happened and come to terms with it. This phenomenon has been repeatedly described in the literature and formed the basis of scenarios in world cinema.
Lilia and Artem are students. They live and study in a large provincial city. The guys have no extra money, so when they started looking for a rented apartment, the main condition was a low price. A suitable option was found pretty quickly. The owners of the apartment with visible joy were ready to rent out good housing to young people in the historic center of the city for ridiculous money. The apartment turned out to be large, with a balcony overlooking a quiet street. There was no limit to the joy of the guys: they were not far from the university, and the rent was very low.
On the very first day after their move to a new apartment, an old woman stopped Lilia in the yard. The sociable girl willingly stopped to chat with a neighbor. An old woman warned a student that the apartment they had decided to rent, and the whole house, was not well known. Before the revolution, a very rich family lived in this house; they owned the entire second floor. But during the period of rampant "Black Hundreds", all members of the family, including small children, died. In Soviet times, the house was converted into communal apartments, and later they were made into separate apartments. And just on the second floor, where the apartment of young people is now, tragic events took place a hundred years ago. Nobody lingers in this apartment for a long time. Under various pretexts, residents are trying to move out as quickly as possible. According to rumors, the last tenants fled from there,without waiting for the end of the lease and without even asking the owners back their money.
The young woman listened politely to the old lady, and did not object to her. She thanked her for the information and went home. Artyom worked at night, and that evening Lilia was left alone in the apartment. The young girl was about to go to bed, but remembered that she had not closed the balcony in the kitchen. She went into the kitchen and saw that a man was standing on the balcony. Lilia was not even frightened by surprise. A man, dressed in the fashion of the beginning of the last century, smoked, leaning his elbows on the railing. The girl backed away, rubbed her eyes, and when she opened them, there was no one on the balcony. At first she thought she was imagining it, but the sweet smell of tobacco was clearly in the air.
In the morning she told Artyom about everything, the young man only laughed: do not listen to the "horror stories" of neighbors. The smoking ghost on the balcony is a great joke! However, a few days later, Artyom himself witnessed strange events: a woman's figure appeared in the room where he was sitting at the computer. She was wearing a long dress and an old-fashioned hat. The young man was taken aback. He told his friend that a ghost appeared to him too, only it was already a woman. After the appearance of the ghost, the apartment became completely restless: in the night silence of the rooms, children's laughter sounded, then weeping and female screams. Someone's heavy boots were banging on the parquet floor, there were blows and groans. Young people did not know how to get rid of the terrible visions.
Lilia turned to a neighbor and asked for advice. She told the elderly woman that ghosts don't just appear in the apartment, regardless of the time of day. They show aggression. Several times the girl woke up from the fact that someone tried to strangle her. For which these people are trying to take revenge on them, they are not involved in their death. The old woman said that it would not be possible to "negotiate" with the ghosts. The souls of people who happily lived here a hundred years ago cannot come to terms with the fact that their lives ended so tragically. They take revenge on everyone, without exception, who moves into the second floor of this house. Lilia was surprised - the old woman lived in the apartment next to them. Doesn't ghosts touch her? And then the old woman told her that she was the only descendant of the former owners of the second floor. On the night of the pogrom, her great-grandmother managed to escape, and her compassionate neighbors hid her. All other children died.
Lilia decided not to give up. She waited until Friday and, according to the religious tradition of the former residents, lit candles in the apartment. He and Artyom sincerely prayed for the souls of innocently dead people and asked them for forgiveness for being treated so cruelly. That very night, the visions and strange sounds ceased. The souls of the innocently killed people accepted a sincere memorial prayer and no longer tried to take revenge on living people.

And the nobles, as you know, are not supposed to work. Once, at one of the parties that he and his wife often arranged for the same "noble" friends, they talked about talismans that bring money and good luck in business. Vladimir became interested, he had long cherished the dream of opening his own antique store, but he had no money at all for this idea. But when he found out the considerable price of such a talisman, he was immediately disappointed in this idea. He expected to get a valuable item if not for free,then for a much smaller amount. Like all envious and unrepresentative people, Vladimir was very stingy. Nevertheless, he asked his friend to bring the witch he was talking about next time on the Soiree.
A week later, the friends gathered again for the traditional party. They were joined by a woman whose age was difficult to determine at first glance, but her whole appearance literally "breathed" wealth. She greeted everyone with dignity and modestly sat down at the farthest end of the table. Vladimir and his wife began to be actively interested in the details: what kind of amulet it is, how it works, and whether it is possible to buy it cheaper. The woman chuckled and replied that it was not enough to crave wealth. Money is energy, and not all people are compatible with this energy. It is not enough just to wish for wealth and prosperity, you also need to do something for this. Not a single amulet will work for a person obsessed with a blind greed for profit. Money should be desired not for the sake of money, but in order to change oneself and one's life for the better with its help. Greed has never made anyone happy. Vladimir got angry, he said that the witch herself probably spoke a couple of amulets for herself, and therefore looks so prosperous. She lectures him, and does not deny herself anything.
While the husband entertained the guest with "social" conversation, his wife wasted no time. She searched her guest's handbag, which she had carelessly left in the hallway. In a secret compartment, closed with a zipper, Marya found a small pebble on a chain. Deciding that this was the desired amulet, the woman, without thinking twice, put it in the pocket of her jeans. The party ended, the guests dispersed, and Marya triumphantly demonstrated her "find" to her husband.
The next day, Vladimir decided to try his luck and be convinced of the power of the amulet. He went to one of his friends who ran an underground gambling house. Vladimir often played preference with him, but his debts have long exceeded all conceivable limits. That evening, he not only won back his debts and paid off interest, but won a huge amount. The couple were in seventh heaven with happiness: the amulet worked and how! The matter is small - to open their own business, and they will finally get out of this humiliating poverty for the "nobles".
The next morning, Vladimir, as usual, went to the nearest tobacco kiosk to buy cigarettes. Crossing the street, he diligently looked around and stepped onto the road. The last thing he saw before his eyes was the hood of the car rapidly approaching him.
The man stayed in the hospital for six months. All the money won in the preference had to be spent on the operation and the subsequent rehabilitation. His wife told him that the witch came to her and took her amulet. The witch said that Vladimir had only himself to blame for what had happened. She discovered that her belongings were missing that very evening and knew exactly where she had “lost” it. But she did not raise a scandal. She knew that the stolen amulet would take revenge on the offender.
Do not underestimate the energies of magical items. They are able not only to bring happiness to their owners, but also to punish dishonest people.
