A group of 45 volunteers (both healthy and sick) will be injected with an experimental drug. Everyone is vaccinated twice with an interval of a month, they will carefully monitor their health and individual reaction to the drug.
At the same time, it will probably not be possible to get a fully working product until mid-summer, and its full production and implementation cycle can take from six months to a year. Although, perhaps, Trump, who has already declared a state of emergency in the United States, can somehow speed up the process.
Also, the development of a cure for coronavirus is underway in Germany and Russia.
