Scientists from the scientific community of the Urals propose to create an international tracking system for potentially dangerous meteorites. According to the head of the community, Professor Grigory Pozin, meteorites dangerous for the Earth need to be identified and destroyed, otherwise they can bring the planet the harmful consequences of the collision. The international tracking system will be able to take measures to combat meteorites to a new level. Ural scientists propose to divide the system into tracking levels between countries. For example, the expert proposes to salute the tracking of dangerous meteorites by the United States, and Russia could, if necessary, destroy them using existing missiles.
Scientists believe that such a system can be created in 5-10 years, but it takes several tens of billions of dollars to spend on it. The main condition for creating a tracking system with levels is the political decision of different countries.
