Former Canadian Defense Minister Paul Hellyer made another startling statement in an interview with the Russian news channel RT. A 94-year-old man told our compatriots that representatives of extraterrestrial civilizations have been visiting Earth since ancient times. Moreover, the aliens, according to the ex-official, repeatedly provoked international crises and supported the Cold War with all their might.
Paul says that no less than four varieties of intelligent extraterrestrial humanoids constantly fly to our "blue ball", and their representatives are constantly present on Earth. The highest authorities of earthly states have direct contact with the "green men" and fulfill all their requirements. The collusion of the mighty of this world with aliens goes, according to the Canadian, back centuries, but even Hellyer, despite his high position, was unable to find out what exactly the aliens need from our race.
The man led the national defense of Canada in the 1960s, at the height of the Cold War. In 1995, he shocked the whole world for the first time by telling people the truth about aliens and their connections with top politicians. Since then, Hellyer has become a highly respected figure among experts in the fields of ufology, conspiracy and exopolitics. In his recent interview with RT, he said that in 1961 about 50 alien ships visited the USSR, and there was even a base in the south of Russia where the "flying saucers" could easily stop. Paul's three-year investigation allowed him to find out that intelligent beings from various star systems fly to Earth, but our hero could not see the overall picture for lack of access to top-secret information.

Some of them come to Earth from the constellation Grid, some from the Andromeda nebula, some from one of Saturn's moons (however, this may be a transshipment base). Aliens have their own federations and laws.
