Giant boilers
Until the 50s of the last century, nothing special was seen in the mountainous-rocky landscape, until a local resident wandered into an interesting site. Is it any wonder that in the old days they were revered as shrines?

Devil stones
The Devil Stones on Lapisuoksi Island in Paasvesi were awe-inspiring and awe-inspiring as early as the 1900s. The largest of the stones is dotted with strange depressions and looks like a giant face. Legend has it that these holes were cut by gnomes. When a mighty north wind blows in them, the amazing stone buzzes like a church organ. Previously, people stayed away from the island, but on rare forays they brought sacrifices to the stone.
