On the night from Tuesday to Wednesday in Romania, over the cities of Buzau, Vrancea, Brasov, Bucharest, local residents could see bright flashes of light in the dark sky for a second.
What it was - the experts were puzzled: an unsuccessful rocket launch or it was a question of a small asteroid that entered the earth's atmosphere.

Initially, it was believed that it was an airplane, but the Romanian authorities denied this version, putting forward a theory about the appearance of a cosmic body in the atmosphere.
Astronomical specialist at the Academy of Science in Romania, Adrian Sonca, believes that the width of the meteorite did not exceed two to three meters in diameter:
