Who among us does not want to live long and not get sick? The question is, of course, rhetorical. However, it is generally accepted that living for eighty or ninety years with the frantic rhythm of our life is an excellent result, given, alas, not to everyone. Nevertheless, there is one people on earth who are not aware of diseases and who live at least 1.5 times longer than we do.

The Hunza tribe lives on the border of India and Pakistan, in the valley of the river with the same name - Hunza. In another way, these people are called "burishi".

It is well known that there are places on earth where there are many centenarians. These are, as a rule, high-mountainous areas. Hunza also live in the highlands, which may affect their life expectancy: the average age of these people is 120 years old, and some of them live up to 160! Moreover, the Burish never get sick, they retain all their teeth until a ripe old age, look very vigorous and young (while the peoples living next to them cannot boast of this). Another feature of the people of this tribe is that outwardly they more resemble fair-skinned Europeans than Pakistanis and Indians.

What is the secret of hunza health and amazing longevity? As they themselves say, all that is necessary is to lead a healthy lifestyle, be sure to eat right, temper your body and have positive thinking.

It would seem that there is nothing supernatural, we also know these elementary rules and try to follow them, but unfortunately, we do not achieve such an effect. Maybe there is something that the burishis are silent about? What kind of life do they lead?

Hunza Tribe Secrets

These are very mobile people who remain active and participate in national games until their very old age. This is probably why they do not know the problems with being overweight: all burishas are slim, easy-going and look much younger than their years. In the fifteen-degree frost, these people enjoy swimming in the open air. And another wonderful fact: women here give birth to children up to seventy years and older!

Apparently, the determining factor is the dietary habits of the Hunza: they practically do not consume meat and alcohol, their usual food is vegetables, fruits, as well as feta cheese and sprouted wheat. In the summer, the Burishi harvest apricots for the future - their favorite fruit, which later helps them a lot. And it is especially important that hunza never cook food on fire and only eat it raw.

Spring - the so-called. hunger season for the whole tribe. For about four months, the Burishi eat almost no food and only drink apricot compote. Moreover, this kind of fast is observed by everyone, regardless of age. Hunza salt is almost never used: it is used in very small quantities.

Of course, scientists have repeatedly tried to find out the reason for such outstanding longevity and good health of the Hunza, who do not know even the scourge of our time - cancer! By the way, the neighboring peoples suffer from oncology in the same way as we do. There are also many skeptics who do not believe in the Hunza phenomenon, but facts, as they say, are stubborn things. In reality, a case was recorded when a 160-year-old man arrived in Europe from those places, who was in solid memory and sound mind, had a mouthful of teeth and did not look older than a modern, sturdy pensioner at 70 years old. Isn't that impressive?

Maybe we should also take advantage of the precious experience of the Hunza tribe and begin the path to a long life without any drugs and doctors?..
