Progress, as you know, does not stand still, but moves forward. But for some reason, over the past hundred years, they have not found an alternative to gasoline, a cure for cancer or a way to feed the population of this planet. Or found? No, if they found it, they would definitely have applied it, and we would all live happily. It is so?

Alternative fuel

Talk about more environmentally friendly and cheaper fuel has been going on for several decades, but it remains just talk. The same hydrogen burns not much worse than gasoline, and the products of its combustion are much less toxic. As for the extraction of this gas, there is a lot of it in nature, and the methods of its extraction are known and widely used in industry.

As an excuse for using hydrogen, they cite its explosiveness and the fact that driving with a tank filled with explosives is at least hectic. But isn't gasoline explosive? In addition, there is one old way of producing hydrogen from water - electrolysis. Surely, with a certain amount of desire and funding, it is possible to build a small installation that could extract hydrogen from water and transfer it to the combustion chamber of a car. And then the problem of explosiveness would be solved.

It is unnecessary to explain to whom and why the transition from oil products to filling cars with water is not profitable. I will only note that the Russian turnover of gasoline and diesel fuel is "modest" 62 million tons per year, and another 140 million of fuel is exported. And besides Russian oil companies, as you understand, there are others.

"Incurable" cancer

In early September, the international non-profit organization "World Cancer Research Foundation" released data, according to which about 12 million cases of cancer are registered in the world every year. The cost of treating new cancer patients is currently estimated at $ 286 billion per year.

However, in 1983, oncologist Tulio Simoncini was treating an Italian named Gennaro Sangermano, who was predicted to die a few months later from lung cancer. After a short time, this person was completely cured. The cancer is gone. Inspired by his success with other patients, the naive Simoncini presented his data to the Italian health ministry, hoping they would begin clinical trials and test how his method worked.

But the Italian medical establishment not only refused to consider his research, but also revoked his medical license for "treating patients with drugs that were not approved." The media launched a campaign against him, ridiculing him personally and vilifying his method. Soon he ended up in prison for three years for allegedly "killing his patients."

The medical establishment said the sodium bicarbonate treatment for cancer is "delusional." This is at a time when millions of patients are dying painful deaths from "proven" and "safe" chemotherapy, medical professionals continue to prohibit treatment with sodium bicarbonate.

After a while, he continued his work. Now they know about him by hearsay and thanks to the Internet. This doctor treats even the most advanced cases of cancer with simple and cheap sodium bicarbonate. In some cases, procedures last for months, and in others (for example, for breast cancer) - only a few days. Often Simoncini simply tells people what to do by phone or email. He is not even personally present during the treatment and still the result exceeds all expectations.

Once again, the cost of cancer treatment today is $ 286 billion a year or $ 783 million a day. A pack of sodium bicarbonate (better known as baking soda) costs anywhere from 2 cents to a dollar per kilogram. I think comments are superfluous here.

"Not enough" food

There is an absolutely false datum that the planet is overpopulated. To be honest, the Earth is as long to get to overpopulation as it is to get from Moscow to Beijing on all fours. And the problem of hunger in the countries of Africa, Asia and South America is not that the planet cannot provide them with enough food.

It's not even about sending to Africa what you don't finish. While this would solve the problem, there is a much simpler and more reliable way to do it - grow enough food.

Again, back in 1960, a method of seed processing was discovered in England, which gives an increase in yield several times. This method was discovered by L. Ron Hubbard during his experiments on plants. He then discovered that plants can feel pain. This fact has become widely known, but the results of experiments to increase the yield, which is called "hushed up".

Theories and conspiracies

I am not a supporter of the spread of the theory of a global conspiracy, the purpose of which is to exterminate humanity. If only simply because this theory gives a person only a feeling of insecurity and does not offer any solution to the problem.

The real problem is not whether there is a conspiracy or not. Even if it exists, this conspiracy is just a consequence of another, much more general problem. Her name is selfishness. When a person does not see beyond his own needs (moreover, it is immediate needs), there is a defense of his business to the detriment of the interests of thousands and millions of people. The funniest, and at the same time the saddest, is that such a person destroys, including his own future.

In fact, the only way to change what you don't like is to stop doing what dumb TV shows, "popular" detectives, and psychologists in fashion magazines are so actively imposing on us. Namely - to stop being locked into oneself. Look around - every person you see influences your life. Some are more and some less, but everyone influences.

And every time you are faced with a choice of what to do, ask yourself if you would like someone next to you to do the same. By the way, if the answer is “Well, in principle, I don't care,” you can regard it as negative.

I am sure that if at least half of the population of this country begins to care not about their own interests, but about the interests of the society in which they are located, life will become completely different. Then one day we will see an abundance of food, and the absence of incurable diseases, and cheap eco-friendly fuel and much more.

Personally, I really want to see this. And you?
