Music from the world of the dead
In his works, Helena Roerich said that in the future, when a person's spiritual level reaches a higher level, more and more mediators will appear among people - people who are able to perceive information of a creative and scientific nature from other worlds. Medium abilities are the most primitive means of communication between worlds (and between the dead and the living).
Because of this, mediums have the ability to transmit messages only of the most general, everyday character. Mediators, unlike mediums, are people of a much higher spiritual and mental organization. It is precisely the mediators that in the future should have the ability of so-called spiritual cognition based on insight, that is, illumination, inspiration coming from the higher, creative spheres of space.
It is possible to understand what mediatory abilities are by looking at various examples of receiving creative information from the world of the dead by some of our contemporaries. In the Western media and in the books of English researchers, the name of Rosemary Brown has long appeared, an Englishwoman who writes musical works in which the best musical experts and critics recognize the styles of Beethoven, Brahms, or Liszt. At the same time, Rosemary Brown herself does not hide her relatively modest abilities and knowledge in music. She speaks openly and in a simple way about her inherent amazing abilities: she writes music not herself, but under the dictation of dead great composers!
The famous British composer Richard Rhondy Bennett comments on Rosemary's ability: “Many people can improvise, but without many years of study, music cannot be faked in this way. I myself would never have been able to fake anything like Beethoven. " Concert pianist Hefzibah Menuhin gave a similar comment on Rosemary Brown's recordings: “I look at these recordings and am surprised. Each piece matches the composer's style exactly."
Rosemary Brown assures that the beginning of such an unusual creative collaboration with composers of the past was laid when she was only 7 years old. Just at this time, a certain spirit visited the girl and told her about what awaited her in the future. After this visit, years passed and Rosemary saw an old portrait of Franz Liszt and … recognized in it the spirit that came to her as a child. In addition to Liszt, other composers, among whom were Brahms, Chopin, Stravinsky, began to enter into telepathic contact with Rosemary. And Debussy, during his lifetime, was distinguished by the fact that he saw whole pictures in space at the time when he was composing music, transmits through Rosemary more picturesque images than musical recordings. Rosemary Brown says that the musicians give her already completely finished works and she records them for release.
The Rosemary Brown phenomenon and her extraordinary claims have generated tremendous interest in musical circles. Once, when meeting with the famous composer Leonard Bernstein, Rosemary gave him her work, as if specially written for him by Rachmaninov. Rosemary told Bernstein that the ghost of Rachmaninov who had appeared to her asked her to give this work to Bernstein. The music transmitted by Rosemary made a huge impression on the composer.

As the spirit of conductor Donald Tovey stated to Rosemary (probably on behalf of all her "otherworldly collaborators"), composers donate their works from the other world to her not just for pleasure or vain motives. The great composers who left this world try to arouse interest in the phenomena of a spiritual order among those people who could, using their intellectual abilities, unbiasedly explore the true nature of human consciousness and soul. As they say in all esoteric teachings, the human soul is immortal if it evolves and does not degrade. And the souls of great composers continue their favorite creative pursuits even after death. Perhaps this is what the great composers are trying to prove to us by transmitting their works through the "musical" pick Rosemary Brown.
Once, a curious incident happened with Rosemary Brown, once again confirming her ability to telepathically communicate with the souls of the departed. A German journalist, who had heard about Rosemary's unusual possibilities, visited her to interview her. Talking to Rosemary, the journalist expressed his disbelief in her ability to convey the music of deceased composers. Then Mrs. Brown calmly told the journalist that right now the spirit of Franz Liszt is in the same room with them, the journalist simply does not see him. The correspondent, after a moment's thought, suddenly spoke quickly to the spirit of List in German, which Brown did not know at all. And then something incredible happened: Rosemary told the journalist that Liszt left them for a while, and then returned with some woman that Rosemary had not seen before.
Nevertheless, she began to describe to the journalist what a woman looked like, and the color faded from the face of Mrs. Brown's skeptical guest. As it turned out, the journalist asked Liszt to bring his (that is, the journalist's) deceased mother. List complied with his request, and Rosemary Brown described in detail the appearance of the journalist's deceased mother. Not understanding German, Rosemary did not know what the journalist asked List. And even if she knew German, she still never saw a woman in her life, whose appearance she described exactly, down to the smallest details! These incredible facts lead us to believe that the ability to transfer creative information from one world to another really exists.
It should be noted that Rosemary is not the only "mediator between the world of the living and the dead" in the world of music and not the only person who communicates with the souls of deceased musicians. British pianist John Lille, one of the winners of the International Tchaikovsky Competition, said that Beethoven's spirit helped him to become a famous musician. It all began when Lille, while studying at the Moscow Conservatory, was once preparing to perform at a competition. During the rehearsal, the musician began to feel that someone was watching him intently. Looking around, John saw a strangely dressed man in whom he recognized Beethoven. Since that time, according to the pianist, the spirit of the great composer accompanied him at many competitions. Lille saw his ghost in many cities where he had to visit in connection with concert activities.
Another musician, Clifford Antiknap, assures us of his contacts with the spirit of one of the great composers of the past - Handel. According to him, the spirit of Handel conveyed to him an oratorio lasting four and a half hours, parts of which were subsequently recorded by the London Symphony Orchestra and the Handel Choir. Critics reacted with approval to the music, however, they did not like the words of the oratorio.
Clifford Antichnap was probably the first musician to explain, to some extent, how the genius composers of the past convey music to contemporary musicians. Antiknap said that in one of his past incarnations, Handel was his teacher, which is why he established telepathic contact with Handel's soul. These words make it possible to understand why the ability to transmit music to this world from the world of the dead is given to some and not given to others. For this, of course, a potential mediator between the two worlds needs not only an appropriate spiritual and psychic organization, but also certain karmic connections that have developed between composers and mediators who transmit their music to our world.
Heavenly council
Another example of mediation ability - this time in the field of medicine - is the amazing activity of the uneducated miner Jose de Freitas from Brazil, known under the pseudonym Arigo. Thanks to his unique abilities, over the last 15 years of his life, Arigo has cured more than two million people. In the small mountain town of Congonhas do Campu, Arigo saw more than 1,000 patients a day every day. How did he do it? The healer carried out the reception of patients in a rather original way: the line of patients slowly moved right in front of Arigo, who was sitting at the table, and he, barely casting a glance at the person standing in front of him, quickly sketched something on the sheets of paper lying in front of him. These cursory notes were recipes written in German or Portuguese, and the medicines prepared according to them in simple pharmacies,turned out to be surprisingly effective.
The scientists were interested in Arigo's abilities. 1968 - American neuropathologist André Poirisch, together with a research team of six doctors and eight scientists from other specialties, conducted a study of the miraculous abilities of Arigo. In front of the researchers, more than 1,000 people walked in front of the healer, and he, without touching any of the patients and, on average, spending less than one minute on each of them, made more than a thousand diagnoses, accompanying each diagnosis with treatment recommendations and writing out the appropriate prescriptions.
In his reports on research work with Arigo Poirisch wrote: “It became clear that we would be able to confirm 550 diagnoses out of 1,000, since in these cases we were able to identify the disease. In the remaining 450 cases, we doubted the correctness of our diagnosis, because we did not have the necessary equipment. In cases where we were confident in the diagnosis, we could not find a single error in Arigo. " In addition, the American researcher noted that Arigo wrote out recipes with extraordinary precision and detail, although he spent no more than a few seconds on each. Many of his recipes included up to 15 different drugs with precise official names, quantities, proportions and dosages. For about five patients out of a hundred, Arigo called the diagnosis, but did not write anything out saying: "Sorry, I cannot help you."The doctors from Poirisch's group confirmed that all these patients were in fact hopeless.
What is the secret of the amazing abilities of the healer? Arigo explained to the researchers that a certain voice helps him to heal people, which he hears with his right ear (how can you not recall the Christian belief that there is an angel behind a person's right shoulder, and a devil behind the left one?). As Arigo himself assured, this voice belongs to the spirit of the German physician - Dr. Fritz. Dr. Fritz, according to Arigo, died in Estonia in 1918. While assisting Arigo in his medical practice, this spirit, in turn, consulted with the souls of a Japanese surgeon and a French physician. Arigo told about his "outlandish" assistants some more information, even biographical details from the lives of these people. Despite this, no historical evidence of their life and work has been found. Judging by the way Arigo himself explained his abilities, he was a real healer-medium,carried out their medical practice with the help of a whole "heavenly council" of the souls of once dead doctors.
At the same time, Arigo was not only an excellent therapist, but also a unique surgeon. His surgical ability was similar to that of the Filipino healers. True, in the last years of his life, Arigo was engaged only in diagnostics. Probably, this was primarily due to the fact that the healer had to serve two times in prison for the fact that he was engaged in medical activities without an official license. Prior to his imprisonment, Arigo not only made diagnoses and wrote out prescriptions, but also performed thousands of complex operations in an absolutely unthinkable environment.
The operations were carried out by him in completely non-sterile conditions, he used a kitchen knife and simple scissors as tools, and the operations themselves were performed surrounded by crowds of children. Eyewitnesses said that his work was like surgery "in the middle of London station at rush hour." Poirish spoke of the colon surgery he had witnessed. “Arigo asked the patient to lower his trousers. Then he took a knife, wiped it on his shirt, made a large incision, parted the abdominal muscles, pulled out the intestines and calmly cut a piece off them, as if cutting sausages. Then he took both ends of the intestine, put them back and connected the edges of the anterior abdominal wall … He never used threads. In conclusion, Arigo slapped the patient hard on the stomach and said: "Well, that's it."
As soon as the researchers did not try to explain the mechanism of miraculous surgery of the healer! It was believed that all this is hypnosis, hallucinations, or cunning manipulations of Arigo. But all these assumptions quickly disappeared. First, Arigo's operations were repeatedly filmed by official researchers. Their opinion was unequivocal: no one in the world had ever succeeded in hypnotizing a movie camera. Secondly, analyzes of blood and tissues removed from the bodies of patients during operations confirmed their belonging to the operated ones, which also testified to the authenticity of these incomprehensible operations. Summing up his research on Arigo's abilities, Poirish said: “He does it. I cannot tell you how. In a week, he alone heals no less number of patients than a huge clinic, and, I think, he does it just as well."
Arigo passed away in 1971, taking the secret of his incredible abilities with him. Official science could not provide an explanation of the nature of its healing capabilities. One thing is certain: the international heavenly council, which helped Arigo in his medical practice, did not in vain choose him as its earthly employee - a person who did not have a special medical education. It is impossible to carry out complex surgical operations with a kitchen knife using only advice from the other world. Arigo's natural abilities clearly had something in common with those of the Luzon healers. In the teaching of Agni Yoga, this “something” has a definite name - psychic energy. Only she alone can replace the sterility and anesthesia necessary for surgical intervention. Arigo's phenomenon wasthat he was not only a "transmitter" of enormous medical knowledge, but also a carrier of psychic energy of unprecedented potential, which allowed him to carry out these unique operations.
History has preserved the name of another healer, whose gift was also associated with the forces of other worlds. This is the world famous clairvoyant Edgar Cayce. He dictated recipes to his patients and explained in detail all the features of the treatment, being in a special trance, which some called sleep. E. Casey claimed that all the recipes that he communicated to his patients were dictated to him by the Higher Powers. They also gave him information about what will happen in the world in the near future.
Even thanks to these isolated examples, it is possible to imagine how the creative potential of human consciousness can increase if it learns to cooperate with the evolutionary, spiritual forces of other worlds. If the appeal of the human mind to the other material forces of evil carries in itself its own enslavement, as well as irreparable harm to everything around it, then the cooperation of a person with the creative forces of other worlds opens up a fundamentally new evolutionary round for humanity, a new era in the development of science and art.
