The first reports of anomalous events in the east of the Kaluga region appeared in the early 90s of the twentieth century.
This area has undergone a real invasion from the sky: the inhabitants of the village of Nikitskoye saw mysterious celestial phenomena almost every day. These were mainly luminous balls, sometimes surrounded by a halo. One of them even exploded as it descended, blazing green flames.
The chief economist of the local state farm "Pobeda" G. Kolpakova, together with households and neighbors, watched two reddish rectangles performing strange maneuvers in the evening sky for more than an hour.
The head of the club has seen a blue oval surrounded by a red border many times. And in 1975, local calves witnessed a real miracle: they went to work in the morning, and a yellow glowing ball came down from the sky! He landed in a field, shrouded in fog and … disappeared. And after him a man slowly descended from the sky. Bearded like an icon. The women ran back home in fright.
Villagers also report other events that are very typical for the observation of typical UFOs: “I was riding a motorcycle. I was already approaching the village when an orange ball the size of a third of the terrace of my house hovered right above me. It hung very low, at the height of a tree, and my motorcycle immediately stalled. And when the UFO flew away, the motorcycle started up again.
“Somehow I was walking along a path through the forest from one village to another, and in front of me, like a cigar out of fog, lay on the ground … And late at night my mother saw a ball in the sky - bright as the sun!”.
The Moscow summer resident, who recently bought a house here, was also lucky: “In the evening I saw a red ball flying over the Oka from Tula. It will move a little and freeze, move more and freeze again. So he made three stops, and then flew away in the direction of Kaluga."
Strange phenomena are observed here not only in the sky, but also on earth. “I look once - the shed of the neighbors seems to be on fire! I ran there - near the apple tree glow like a flame. And then a "plate" flies out from there - a large, round one, and around it there are many small ones, in a ring. As if they were hanging on some branches!"

The weather here is also strange, or rather the microclimate. When there is a cyclone and it rains everywhere, the sun is clear here.
And with local people very strange events happen: “Once I went to meet my husband with the children - he had to sail on a boat. The path from the village to the pier is straight, only a kilometer to walk. I think we'll come early, we'll have to wait. But it was not there! Let's go, go and go out to a completely different place - to the farm. And so several times. This is in our native places, where we know every bump! The glamor disappeared when I saw my husband - he was walking towards us. And we were noticed even earlier, when we walked in strange circles."
Kaluzhanka, who received a garden plot not far from the “anomalous” meadow, told about her adventures: “I went to pick mushrooms. I went out into this clearing and stumbled several times, as if caught on an invisible rope. But she didn’t pay much attention to it, picked up the mushrooms and went back. I went out to the village, and it somehow looks unusual. I went to the last house, asked the peasants, and they goggled at me: this is a completely different village, which is ten kilometers from my garden! I spent the whole day getting home from there in the heat! Then the neighbor said that he, too, got out of this clearing out of nowhere."
The strangest thing is that between the “anomalous glade” and the finish line of our heroine's route there is a federal highway, Kaluga-Tula, whose asphalt cannot be overlooked, and the woman claims that she did not cross it!
A survey of eyewitnesses showed that many observed unusual phenomena in a strip three kilometers wide and ten kilometers long, stretching from north to south and crossing the Oka channel approximately in the middle. Whether it is by chance or not, but it is along the river that a powerful tectonic fault passes, and the anomalous zone itself lies on the edge of the ring structure - either an ancient volcano, or a meteorite crater.
Probability calculations show that for two to three months of continuous observations in the anomalous zone, you can see and photograph UFOs! The light did not converge like a wedge on some UFOs - we have an almost firm belief that in anomalous zones like the one described (and such places, in general, are not uncommon), there are local changes in the space-time metric, which is directly indicated by the very phenomena of instantaneous transfer (teleportation) of people for several kilometers. It is possible that there are formed here many times described by physicists and played by science fiction writers leading through the fifth dimension "wormholes", "hyperspace tunnels", allowing to make interstellar flights in a matter of seconds, as well as to get into the past or the future. All this clearly shows what knowledge and technology a serious study of anomalous zones can lead to.
