In the Zimbabwean village of Chinamhora, a five-year-old boy was beaten to death by goblins.

According to the website nehandaradio.com, certain creatures called goblins terrorized people in the village of Chinamkhora, demanding a monthly portion of human blood. Recently, according to local residents, they became so insolent that they stalked one family for two days, beating its members and beating a five-year-old boy to death.

The child was found beaten up by his relatives, he was bleeding from his ears, mouth and nose, and his body was beaten with death cramps. The boy's father, Gideon Austin, told the gruesome story of his family, including his wife and little three-year-old daughter, being pursued by goblins.

The goblins were invisible and when Gideon wanted to run after a healer for his son, his wife Amina Munyavo was also attacked. Before the eyes of people, she began to writhe in pain, as if she were being beaten. Before Gideon knew what was wrong, the invisible man attacked his three-year-old daughter, who was being held by his wife.

“My wife fell to the ground and began to beat on it until she bled,” says the shocked man.

Surprisingly, the invisible goblins did not touch Gideon's father-in-law, who was standing next to his friend.

Also, according to Gideon, someone attacked him, because a day earlier at work (a man works as a gardener in the neighboring town of Harare) he suddenly felt very bad and bleeding from his ears.

The boy's mother says that she is very shaken by the death of her son, and the healer advised them to pay three cows to carry out a ritual of cleansing the house. Now the whole family is afraid to even enter the house.

The headman of the community expressed his regret for the death of the child and said that many of the villagers now live in constant fear, and Gideon's father-in-law, who was not touched by the goblins, swears that he was not involved in this at all and people should not blame him for anything.

These are not the first reports of the mysterious goblins of Zimbabwe. In January 2013, the news spread around the world about goblins attacking a local hospital.

Employees of a clinic in Zimbabwe refused to return to work due to fear of the goblins who allegedly attacked them. The incident with mystical creatures in a medical facility occurred at the end of 2012, and local residents claim that the clinic is now free.

According to a local resident of Mkheleti Moyo, a "cleanup" of goblins was carried out in the clinic. “We would like to prove it to the nurses themselves, but they do not want to go, because they are afraid that they will be attacked again,” the source said.

Currently, the medical facility, which closed due to staff leaving in November 2012, is still closed. Moyo stressed that in order to resume the work of the clinic, specialists are needed who would agree to work in premises where goblins were previously noticed.

Some of the nurses affected by the attacks of mysterious creatures got a job in other medical facilities. It is reported that goblins are currently operating in the territory of one of the local enterprises.

Goblins are mythical anthropomorphic creatures that are believed to live in a dungeon. Outwardly very unpleasant, they have sharp ears, long claws and large, catlike eyes. Goblins can range in height from small to impressive. It is not specified which goblins attacked the nurses.

And in February 2013, there was news of an explosion in the city of Chitungwiza, in which 12 people were injured. The explosion was staged by a sorcerer, trying to expel the goblin.

Healer Clara Banda, who survived the explosion and is the main witness in this case, claims that the tragedy occurred during a ritual of purification associated with the beheading of a goblin brought from abroad.

According to Klara, her colleague in the craft, 24-year-old Spikmore Mandera, better known to the locals as Sekuru Shumba, was approached by the owner of the transport company, Clover Kamueza. He needed to get rid of the goblin, and he was willing to pay 15 thousand American dollars for a successful ritual.

The healer claims that Mr. Kamueza acquired a lucky goblin from a financial venture in a neighboring country to improve the business of his shipping company. However, after the creature began to make "impossible demands", he decided to get rid of him. Sekuru Shumba, realizing the complexity of the task before her, asked for help from other healers, among whom was she, Clara Banda.

“Having assembled the team, Sekuru invited Mr. Kamuezu, his wife and two of their assistants to her home for a consultation,” says Clara. “The negotiations lasted for three days, and during them we discussed whether we can cope with this ritual. All this time, the goblin stayed at the businessman's house. He brought it only on the fourth day, directly for the ritual of destruction."

“Sekuru was in the bedroom with Mr. Kamueza and two of his assistants. I was in the living room with the client's wife and Virginia (another healer),”says Klara.

“Sekuru Shumba beheaded the goblin. Clover got out and asked his wife to fetch $ 15,000 from a car that was parked outside the house. At that very moment, Sekuru screamed that the goblin began to defend himself and pounced on her. Then there was a crash in the bedroom. The walls of the house collapsed. Virginia and I struggled out of the rubble. I hardly suffered, and she was less fortunate. She is still healing serious wounds from the explosion,”the healer concluded.

Victoria Sarangera, who lives in the neighborhood, testified that the explosion occurred at 15.20 local time. She was the first to arrive at the scene. “I was cooking in the yard when the explosion happened and a brick hit me,” she says.

“I looked in that direction and saw two dead men. One had a deep wound on the head, through which the brains were visible, and the second was completely torn in half. A column of smoke rose up. Sekuru Shumba lay motionless. The businessman was also dead. Mai Kelly, a resident of the house, walked through the ruins, looking for her daughter, who was later found dead under the bed. Human limbs and other body parts were scattered everywhere,”says Victoria.
