How the Volgograd scientist Aliskhan Khautiev made a hole in the alien Earth observation system.

For decades, humanity has been listening to space for messages from extraterrestrial civilizations. But what happens if we actually receive a message from other worlds? Surprisingly, the Volgograd scientist Aliskhan Khautiev knows the answer to this question. Our special correspondent Olga POPLAVSKAYA spoke with him

Not an inventor, but an engineer

The scientist was stunned right away - in the 80s, while working on a civil defense warning system, he was able to pick up the alien signal!

“When at that time I told my colleagues about this, I was certainly considered crazy,” says Khautiev. - Today, however, talks about close contact are being conducted in all seriousness. So I made a decision - let the readers know my story. And they will draw their own conclusions!

But first - a little about the biography of Aliskhan Khautiev, so that you can make sure that he is not a science fiction writer, but a scientist-engineer. In the 80s he worked in Checheno-Ingushetia as the head of a production laboratory: he installed a civil defense warning system. Since this system operated throughout the entire Soviet Union, the responsibility was enormous.

But the talented engineer did not doubt his abilities. Finally it's done. For a while, everything works like a clock. And suddenly an alarm signal. They begin to search: there was no emergency situation, no penetration of enemy spy planes. Only some glare, like sunbeams, were seen in the sky over Checheno-Ingushetia. So the warning system has failed.

This is a scandal! Khautiev was urgently summoned by the boss and inspired: you need to find out what the problem is and correct the mistake, otherwise "heads will fly."

Recreated the alien signal

Khautiev locked himself in a room and thought for two days in a row. Finally, he found a solution: he recorded a special sound signal on an ordinary tape cassette. I warned at the civil defense warning system point: "Wait for a signal about penetration into so many". And set off the alarm again, right from his apartment.

- Imagine a space of a thousand square kilometers. And there is a gap in it no more than a meter in size. I figured it out in a rather paradoxical way, found and found a sound signal that can trigger the civil defense warning system,”says Aliskhan Khautiev.

He urgently had to make adjustments to the entire program of the civil defense warning system, to close all the gaps. This event, he said, "caused a stir in narrow circles."

They changed the commutation of the civil defense warning system throughout the USSR. Naturally, all this was not made public. Today, of course, that system no longer exists, and the USSR itself does not exist. Nowadays, there are much more technically advanced programs.

But then Aliskhan began to ponder painfully: what was it? Who else could have discovered such a narrow "hole" in a solid civil defense shield by a random poke? And, as it seems to him, he found the answer: he somehow managed to recreate the signal of the aliens.

And a robot is coming out of this thing on three legs …

A few days after successfully solving the problem with the alarm system, Aliskhan Khautiev went on business in his car to the city of Grozny. And on the route between Shali and Vedeno I saw an alien ship that had landed. It looked like a round black thing with three legs, the size of a super-large tank.

-There on the right is the Shalinsky tankodrome. At first I was not at all worried, - explains Aliskhan Khautiev. - I thought it was our engineers who invented some kind of military novelty. And for some reason they took her outside the tankodrome. But he wanted to take a closer look at this miracle. He slowed down. And suddenly his car completely stalled.

- At that moment, a hatch opened in a round black contraption, and a robot left from there, it was on a caterpillar track, my height was waist-high, its head was flattened like a swordfish, as if it had been hit hard with a hammer on top, - the scientist describes the creature. The robot drove up to the car and Aliskhan, frozen in amazement. He stretched his finger to the hood. And from there, a thin thread stretched upward, and then a drop of antifreeze hung in the air as a bubble.

"Wow, they mastered anti-gravity!" - Aliskhan was speechless from surprise.

The robot drove back to the open hatch in an incomprehensible black structure. Before driving inside, he froze expectantly and turned his head to the engineer.

- I understood that I was being invited to enter, - Aliskhan Khautiev shares his memories. “It was not a kidnapping, not a hypnotic trance, but a polite invitation. No violence. I went, still confident that I was dealing with some secret Soviet military development. As an engineer, I was very curious to see what was inside …

I go into a UFO, and there I sit

- Just entered the UFO, and there I sit! - says Khautiev. “I don’t know why the aliens decided to hide their faces. Are they too scary to look at for our eyes? But the alien I was talking to had my face! Another was busy with some devices, hastily fixing something.

Alan was explained at the level of thoughts (the contact was telepathic): “An accident. Now we will fix ourselves, we will fly further. When the UFO mechanic turned around, Khautiev saw that he also had his face!

- You, probably, are now thinking: "The man is completely crazy," and I myself got scared too, decided that I was crazy! - says the engineer. - And after that incident I turned to psychiatrists. But even then, and then, when I passed numerous medical examinations when entering the service for various administrative positions, the doctors did not find any abnormalities in my psyche!

During a telepathic contact, the alien told Khautiev that this meeting on the road was not accidental. He was expected here.

- But what … And why other cars pass by on the road and no one stops, is not interested! - asked Aliskhan.

It was explained to him that the object itself, and even its stalled car for a reason, are now hidden from prying eyes. Disguise. And they were waiting for him, because it was Khautiev who was able to solve a complex problem in an unusual way and detect a narrow gap in the GO system, reproducing the alien sound signal.

It turned out that aliens, as in the Strugatskys' novel “It is difficult to be God,” have no right to directly interfere in the life of civilization on an alien planet. But they are watching. And sometimes they even look for people with an original mentality to push development in the "right direction." The aliens explained to Khautiev that the earthlings deviated from the normal path and were moving towards destruction, not towards progress.

“They also told me that there is some other mathematics, not the same as ours,” says Aliskhan. - For her, just perfect logic is not enough, you need to have imagination and figurative thinking.

But his colleagues and scientists, with whom Aliskhan later spoke, did not believe him … But he himself remembers those events in detail and claims that everything was so!

Have a contact?

In late August, Russian scientists working at the RATAN-600 radio telescope reported a signal from the planetary system of the star HD 164595 in the constellation Hercules, located 94 light-years from Earth. This event caused a lot of noise in the scientific community - after all, according to authoritative physicists, the meeting with aliens is very close and the received signal is another confirmation of this.

The RATAN-600 radio telescope of the Special Astrophysical Observatory of the Russian Academy of Sciences (SAO RAS) is located near the village of Zelenchukskaya in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic. The probability of an error (that the signal is noise of astronomical origin) is estimated by Russian scientists at one twenty thousandth. Therefore, Russian scientists sent letters to their foreign colleagues asking them to help explain the nature of the signal.

Discovered the "second Earth"

Astronomers have discovered a potentially habitable planet near the star closest to the Sun. It is possible that the "second Earth" has a dense atmosphere and oceans with liquid water. Strong ultraviolet and X-ray radiation from the parent star, Proxima Centauri, can interfere with the emergence and maintenance of life on Proxima B. Research on the most promising candidate for habitability outside the solar system is published in the journal Nature.
