Mars has no liquid water. Every schoolchild knows this. A couple of years ago, scientists all over the world were amazed by the message that the rover robot found negligible (in terms of quantity) water vapor on Mars. And that's all …
It turns out that everyone lies to us! On Mars there is a huge, a couple of kilometers long, lake with boiling water. Like on Earth, this water is in a liquid state. It is blue in color, apparently constantly boiling and emits, at the same time, a large amount of steam. The lake is located closer to the South Pole of Mars. It is located deep in the meteorite crater. Most likely, the meteorite broke through the surface of Mars in the place where there were significant reserves of underground water. Therefore, this unique lake was formed in this place.
You can find it on NASA satellite photos from 2009. The images themselves are available for viewing on the Google Earth website at the coordinates: -70.669144 °, 48.239188 °
Now future migrants have a place to look for water for their livelihoods. The value of this find is simply enormous, since nothing like this has yet been found on Mars. I found it first, and I say it with a certain pride.
