A resident of the city of Pittsburgh, which is located in the state of Pennsylvania and 390 kilometers from Washington, on January 31, 2017, filmed a UFO that was likely to land (see video below).
An eyewitness reported that he saw a strange flying object while walking the dog. A dark UFO appeared over the trees on the opposite side of the street and slanted across the football field next to the house. After that, he disappeared behind the hills on the outskirts of the city.
“When I first saw the object, I had no idea what it was. The only thing I did was instinctively took out my phone and started filming because I have never seen anything like this,”wrote a local in his statement, which, along with a few seconds of video, sent to the World UFO Network (MUFON).
A sharp tip was visible at the top of the UFO's dome, resembling a child's whirligig. A thin rod extended downward from its base, and several thin brackets, manipulators or antennas were located on the sides.
An eyewitness said that he was always interested in paranormal phenomena, but at the time of observing the UFO he was very much intrigued, as he could not understand what it could be.
