The abnormal cold weather that was observed in the spring of 2017 and continues to occur in certain regions of the Earth even now, in summer, could be provoked by the Chinese orbiting quantum communication satellite. Experts have found that there is equipment on board that can change the planetary climate.

The Mo-Tzu satellite, which may be the culprit of the cold snap, was launched as part of a two-year experiment called Quantum Experiments on a Space Scale. The satellite is used by Chinese scientists for quantum communication sessions and, most importantly, for quantum teleportation.

It is assumed that when trying to carry out the latter, something happened that provoked a sharp increase in the number of negative air ions - that is, atmospheric particles that may well affect the earth's weather.

“It can hardly be considered an accident that at an altitude of four to six hundred kilometers, that is, exactly where the Chinese quantum satellite revolves around the planet, the concentration of negative air ions has increased ten thousand times. Over time, the concentration of these particles will return to normal, but the very fact of the quantum effect on the weather raises serious concerns in us,”experts say.
