Galina Tsareva, director of numerous films, including the acclaimed documentary about climate weapons and the HAARP program, which was developed by the Americans, told Pravda. Galina Tsareva has just released a documentary "long-length" entitled "I want to remain human." She wrote the book "Electronic Trap" on the same topic.
A system has already been created that allows not only to stimulate certain regions of the human brain, like in an experimental rat, but also a system for direct transmission of information from a computer to the neurons of your brain. The general impending chipping of the population also causes fear, which makes it possible to track the position of people in space and monitor their biological state. And the non-verbal methods of communication seem to be quite transcendental, leading a person into the space of commands transmitted from the center, executed simultaneously, such as, for example, an instant turn of all fish in one flock.
One of the American researchers of this area, Nick Bostrom, is generally convinced that electromagnetic communication between people and splicing with a computer "opens the door to the other world." Galina says that, as a member of a public commission under the State Duma, she participates in debates about translating children's education into a virtual space and even pouring basic information into the brain of an embryo even before its birth. And all this is not fantasy, but the future that has already happened to us.
Your new picture is called "I want to remain human." It is over two hours long documentary. It is devoted to the problems of influencing human consciousness with the help of implants and all other radio-electronic means, up to chipping, marking a person … Tell us about the essence of this film. How relevant is it?
- These are not conspiracy ideas, but the reality of our time. I am a member of the working group under the State Duma. We have a serious discussion on this topic, regarding the introduction of all these electronic technologies, electronic documents. A presidential decree was signed that all people living in Russia will be fingerprinted. We tried to resist this system, and we managed to push aside the UEC (universal electronic card) for three years. They had already planned to introduce it.
But all the same there will be either a biometric passport, or a universal electronic card, or both together. It is not very clear yet, but in any case, these will be biometric documents, in which the chip is embedded. There will be all the basic data about a person, including biometric data: photograph, retina, fingerprints.
Americans have been engaged in this kind of programs for a long time. Are we still not that far?
- We've come far enough. In 2008, we also signed a government order approving the list of research and development projects. And one of the ideas of this decree was the industry of nanosystems, that is, nanobioinformational cognitive technologies, the development of direct brain-computer interfaces. This is no longer science fiction, this is already happening at the level of government regulations.

In 2015, there was a government meeting, at which Medvedev instructed Minister of Education and Science Livanov to develop a government decree on new technologies. And on April 18, 2016, Resolution No. 317 was adopted on the implementation of the national technological initiative. It consists precisely in the introduction of new systems, new road maps.
NeuroNet is one of the main systems. For this, eight billion rubles are allocated to the Ministry of Education and Science to provide subsidies in order to implement the planned activities of the road maps. Plus for the construction of children's technology parks in the amount of one billion rubles. And by 2020, the amount of investment for one NeuroNet will be $ 100 billion. Huge sums are allocated for the study of the brain in Russia. Directions: neuroeducation, neurosport, neuromedicine, neuropharm, neuroassistants and neurocommunication.
This is a plan for connecting the human brain with a computer through chipization. There will be a fundamentally different type of Internet, a different system, neurocomputers will be built. In principle, they already exist and are in operation. It's just that if now we can see a person and communicate, then people there will already be connected directly. The main thing in NeuroNet is the unification of a huge scale, as they write, of people's brains into one system, transferring not only words and images, but also people's feelings.
It is amazing, inspires some feeling of not only respect, but also horror. Because every person has a lot of personal information in their brain that they don't want to share. We have a certain division into information layers. Something we share only with our children, spouse, others - at work. And it turns out that everything that is to the brain, the entire "hard drive" will be open to everyone. Are you for or against?
- Of course, against. Firstly, it is complete transparency and controllability. The annotation to the action plan of the roadmap for the development of NeuroNet says: “Hybrid man and machine intelligence, which can significantly expand the resources of the human brain, increase its productivity through integration with the technosphere. The size of new segments of the NeuroNet market is estimated at $ 100 billion by the year 20.
And here it is just talking about the conduct of research projects CoBrain in Russia. This will be implemented in kindergartens and schools. The system of influence on a person will be activated even before the birth of a child - at the embryo level. Dmitry Peskov, who heads the youth direction at the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, says that this is not futurology, already now some companies are engaged in this and receive decent money in order to form the activities of a child in the womb.
And the main thing is that this has not been verified, it is not known what will happen to these children. How can you run this at all without checking it? But it turns out all this is already there, it works, and we did not even know about it. Chipping is a very small part. Because the connection between the brain and the computer can be through sensors that outside a person, for example, children will wear hats on. There will also be the introduction of chips inside the head.
These will be robots, not people. We can assume that there will be an absolutely transparent society. Some people even say that there will be new religions, when a billion people can unite into one common whole and perform some kind of common meditation. We can simply be ordered: "Do it!" But I do not want! But there will be no choice. And this is spelled out, by the way, in the future educational global agenda "Education-2030". It also says that the society will be divided into different segments because of this. Some will accept this system, this way of life. Others - conservatives - will not accept. And still others are hesitant. It is stipulated that those who will be a conservative will be required to undergo training in virtual worlds. This will be constant, throughout life. In order to change your consciousness so that you are already like a cyborg. Because a certain system of behavior, thoughts and feelings will already be laid for you.

- Now everything is being digitized. NeuroNet is also HealthNet, which includes the digitization of all medical indicators of people, when all this data goes into one common basket. Plus telemedicine is being introduced. It is tracking a person's health from a distance. This will be through a bracelet, other sensors on the body, or chips. Chipping programs have already been launched in the West.
There will also be a distance education system. And only wealthy children will study directly according to the teacher-student scheme, and all the rest through the computer. I’ll read you just a few points: “massive neural interfaces, thought exchange protocol, digital copy of the world, massive virtual worlds, high-level artificial intelligence, life and work in virtual worlds as a norm, game interface as a form of workspace …” Teachers will no longer be needed.
There will be a new pedagogy for groups connected by a neural network. This is a complete breakdown of our education and all thinking. And special technoparks are being created. There are already two. And the children's creativity circles are supervised by DARPA - the research department of the US Department of Defense. It will be based on pioneer camps. Four of our main All-Russian camps are already involved in this program. Among other things, laboratories are being created, and there children wear helmets, they put experiments on them. Fusion of man and machine takes place.
