The old earthly rulers are receding into the past, and those who guessed the main - informational - path of history, the builders of the new (largely computerized) world earn fabulous fortunes and ascend to Olympus.
In the new era, the smart and stubborn will continue to take away some of the benefits from everyone else: our biological, competitive basis, of course, will not change, otherwise people will become dull and die out in several generations. Ahead is a hopeless era of an unimaginably stagnant, carefully regulated multi-thousand-year global Reich, squeezed no longer by the framework of the river floodplain, but by the framework of the globe. The restriction will give rise to organization: rigid multi-tiered hierarchical social structures will develop, occasionally shaken by restructuring - quantum transitions to even more complexly packed hierarchies, the ultimate depth of which is determined practically only by the stability of external conditions.
How can we call this (fourth) era, the era of the global Empire, the upcoming sublime analogue for us of the already pitiful and primitive ancient era of Kia!
And we have already imperceptibly named it: the era of the Reich - the first era of the next spiral of history. The promised "red" communism of Marx - Engels - Lenin - Stalin - Khrushchev may in fact turn into a global Reich - of course, not the "brown" one that Hitler was striving for, constantly reflecting on history and guessing the contours of the coming united world330.
