Until now, many meetings with mysterious and elusive semi-animals, semi-humans, called in different languages in different languages: Bigfoot, Yeti, Chuchunaa, Almaety, Tungu, Heyake, and so on, take place all over the world. Translated, this usually means "wild man". Researchers still cannot determine what kind of creatures they are, and call them hominids, humanoids or arhanthropics. There are several versions of Bigfoot's pedigree: hominids are a lateral, or independent, dead-end branch of primates; the wild ancestor of man - Pithecanthropus or Neanderthal; nature's fallback; biorobot of extraterrestrial civilizations, penetrating to us from a parallel world. Ufologists seem to have even seen them emerging from flying saucers. These creatures differ from each other in appearance and in their abilities, they grow from an ordinary person,and there are - up to three meters, for example, such as the North American sasquatch. They say that such giants are found in Russia. Throughout the centuries, meetings with them have been reported by oral traditions and written sources. The consequences of such meetings are often dramatic.
Battle in Pelym
There is an interesting entry in the "Chronicle of the Siberian Brief Kungurskaya" about a collision with such a creature in the Mansi principality of Pelym (now the territory of the Khanty-Mansiysk national district) of the Cossacks of Ataman Ermak during the conquest of Western Siberia. “And that one killed the hero two sazhens heights and wanted to be alive with them, but didn’t succeed - with a grab, ten people would rake in and crush, and they would shoot him at chyudo. An ordinary killed person, even a giant, clearly did not represent "anything" for the Cossacks, professional soldiers, whose whole life was connected with battles and death. There is evidencethat such creatures are still found throughout the north of Russia. Khanty call them "forest people", they know well and avoid their habitats. According to legend, they guard the mysterious deity of the indigenous peoples of the North - the Golden Baba, which the people of Ermak tried to find.
Unknown "joker"
During the laying of the famous Baikal-Amur Mainline, the builders stumbled upon a large cave in the mountains. In it they found a massive lounger, on which three strong and tall workers could freely fit, a "blanket" of three bearskin skins and a huge copper cauldron, from which it was possible to feed a whole brigade with a brew. The workers decided to live in a cave. However, they disturbed her owner, and in the mornings the pioneers often expected unpleasant surprises, giving people a lot of trouble. Either someone dragged a half-ton container with food to the side 300 meters away, or turned a mobile power plant based on a ZIL-130 car. The incredible power of the "joker" was surprising. He was elusive and acted so secretly that not once did any of the builders manage to see him. When, in the course of work, the cave, which fell into the zone of the route, was blown up, the "surprises" stopped.
Similar mighty creatures live in the wilderness of the Altai Mountains, they are tough temperament and have pronounced paranormal abilities.

Elusive border trespassers
Go through the state border in the Altai mountains overgrown with such impassable taiga that the devil himself will break his leg. Violation of the border and caused by it inexplicable failures in the operation of electronic technical means of control and signaling is an extraordinary phenomenon. According to several casual observations, the violators were serious uncles - huge and shaggy, under three meters in height. Not spies, but yeti, or humanoids. But it's still a mess. To determine the elusive intruders and decide what to do next, the border guards in 1992 assembled a special group. It consisted of a psychologist, two psychics, an officer with the latest military equipment and a local experienced old hunter with hunting dogs. His father, also a hunter, had such a creature blown off his head many years ago. The only way to escape when colliding with a yeti is to lie down and bury your face in the ground, with the hope that the Bigfoot will not touch, but the hunter decided to consider him and raised his head.
The group was thrown into a remote place where, as it was assumed, the humanoid lived. For the whole summer, researchers tried to see and photograph him. Twice they felt that a creature from afar was watching them intently and chillingly. The psychics had their heads splitting in pain. All members of the group became numb, they were squeezed, constrained to a spasm in the throat, their necks did not turn, movements did not work. It was a paralysis of fear. It grew in waves, reaching a climax when the heart sank, and then gave a push to the edge of its capabilities. The first wave of terror followed the second and third. Only by collecting all the forces, by concentrating, it was possible to get out of the stupor. Dogs that were not afraid of bears and never entered the room, whining, climbed into the tent. Then everyone seemed to let go, and everything passed.
Then the members of the group saw huge traces of a humanoid, found by the hunter, almost invisible to the eye, but perfectly visible with the help of military equipment. According to estimates, the Yeti weighed at least 350 kilograms. On the path of the creature's movement, the multi-pound stones were thrown aside, which spoke of the incredible strength of the humanoid. Only once, in a pile of rocks, the officer managed to photograph the creature from the back, moreover, at the very last moment, when it disappeared behind the lateral edge of one of the raised ridges of the spur. The photographer was shooting against the sun, moreover, the object of pursuit was 500 meters away from him. However, the camera produced a clear picture, as if from a distance of two or three meters - a mighty hairy body breathing strength.
And the helicopter pilots also spoke with bewilderment about a strange case when they noticed three humanoids on the so-called squirrel, that is, on a mountain covered with snow, where there are no shelters and nowhere to hide. So, these creatures, having heard the noise of the helicopter engines, sat down and… disappeared. Three pilots with excellent professional vision did not understand where they had gone.
So yeti are still mysterious and elusive.

A light-haired giant about three meters tall scared a group of children from the village of Lovozero (Kola Peninsula), but did not harm them. In 1992, the "forest man" with a calf came to visit "the soldiers of the construction battalion in the Arkhangelsk region near the city of Kargopol. Came straight to the barracks when they were already sending. According to their description, this is a furry monster, about two and a half meters high. Long arms below the knees, a large mouth, a slightly flattened nose, protruding ears the size of a palm. Sullen eyes hidden deep under furry eyebrows. He had a whimpering cub with him, and the humanoid probably needed something from humans.
… So far, only cryptozoologists and even restless volunteer amateurs are engaged in the search and study of the habits of these relict humanoids. It has been established that they, having, in fact, psychic abilities, can suddenly appear and instantly disappear, “avert their eyes”. Possessing a hypnotic gaze and the ability of biological self-defense makes the Yeti virtually elusive. Most often, they are encountered in places where people are not easy to get to. These creatures are secretive, lead a secret way of life, are very careful and encounters with them are usually accidental. One thing is clear - on the planet, together with us, who quite immodestly called themselves "homo sapiens sapiens" (twice intelligent), most likely our wild relatives still live in remote and deserted places.
