A resident of Northern Ireland was seriously scared when she recently went out into nature to walk her dogs. The four-legged friends of the woman felt someone else's presence in the forest and began to bark uncontrollably. The Briton, who had a camera with her, managed to capture in the picture a strange tall creature hiding behind the trees. At least, this is exactly what the author of the mysterious image claims.
Maxine Caulfield, forty-nine, took her walk through the Slieveanorra forest on Wednesday 11 January. It is noteworthy that this place is notorious: in October 1942, an American Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress bomber crashed here, killing eight people on board. According to urban legends, since then, the ghosts of the dead American military have been seen in the forest. Perhaps that is why many users of the World Wide Web decided that Caulfield had photographed a person from the afterlife in Slieveanorr.
Meanwhile, other regulars on the Web are convinced that Maxine ran into a real Bigfoot. It is believed that these relict hominids live in nature in almost all regions of the Earth with a temperate climate. The British woman herself also tends to believe that she photographed a sexually mature Bigfoot. According to the woman, the stranger was very noisy and crunched branches, making two German shepherds bark violently.
Caulfield says: “Usually my dogs are full of energy and do not stop frolicking, but this time they were very quiet and alert. When the crunch of branches was suddenly heard ahead, the dogs barked at once. Seeing a tall, shaggy figure, I took out my camera and photographed this tall creature. It walked on its hind legs and was covered with thick dark hair. It seems that my shepherds scared him, because he immediately disappeared somewhere. I am afraid to imagine what could have awaited me if I were in this part of the forest alone, that is, without my dogs."
Numerous skeptics, of course, are not so easy to convince of the existence of the Yeti.
