How can you change your life

The future of man is in himself; it lives in him at this very moment.

Abraham Maslow

What is happening in your life at the present time is not a simple accident, but the result of the work of your consciousness in the past. The roots of your "today" are hidden in the past.

Consider this analogy: when you look up into the sky and see stars, you actually see their past, as some of these stars are no longer there. The stars are hundreds and thousands of light years away from us, and light traveling at 186,000 miles per second would take hundreds and thousands of years to reach Earth. It follows from this that the light of a distant star that we see was emitted by it hundreds of years ago. Anything could have happened to this star, it could have exploded or died out some time ago, but we still see its light and will observe it for hundreds of years, although the star itself has long ceased to exist.

Using the power of your brain, do not forget this analogy, because by changing your thoughts, you will not immediately be able to notice the changed life, the reality in which you live. There will always be a period of time when you will develop a new consciousness while continuing to live in the old reality.

This period of "waiting for what will happen" is very important: your behavior during this period of time will either speed up or slow down the onset of the new reality that you want to create. You may have doubts that change is taking place. You may be frustrated if you think you’re just wasting your time. Your brain will try to deceive you by whispering that nothing will happen, that everything is in vain. Such thoughts are quite natural and appear in each of us. You should not pay attention to them, but simply need to be patient and diligent and continue what you started. We must remember that your life is a process, not something stable and unchanging.

Everything that exists is in a state of constant transformation into something else. The circumstances of your life are also constantly changing, turning into others, because if you repeat thoughts to yourself all the time, they simply cannot but create a new reality in your life. You should think about this.

Relax and enjoy these exercises, ignoring all negative thoughts. There is a time for everything, and over time your life will naturally and painlessly change. There is no need to force this process.

Remember these notes

1. You should always be aware of what you are thinking. Your future is created from today's thoughts.

2. Change your attitude towards all life's troubles. If you are not promoted up the career ladder, your personal life is not working out, you are sick, you do not have a job, or all circumstances are against you, you should take it for granted. Don't try to convince yourself that it isn't. This is true. No need to waste time feeling sorry for yourself or opposing circumstances; fight them with your brain power.

3. It is necessary to define for yourself a daily "period of creation", free from everyday worries. This is the time when you will receive the necessary charge of energy.

One day I called a company with a request to provide me with the information I need to work. The woman who picked up the phone asked me to call back in half an hour, saying: "Sorry, but at this time we cannot get information from the computer, the program is running on it." When I hung up, I thought, “This is how we use the power of the brain. By executing a mental program, we close our brain to all external stimuli and run the program again and again."

Change is a process of accumulation

Imagine an eyedropper filled with red paint. You drip one drop daily into a large container of water. At first, you will not notice any effect: the paint will quickly dissolve and be absorbed by water. But as you continue to drip a drop a day, you will soon see that the water turns pale pink at first, then pink, until it eventually turns into a rich red solution.

When creating a new life, your daily “creation period” acts as a “dropper”, when you disconnect from all the daily worries, difficulties and realities of life in which you live at the moment. This period can last from five to thirty minutes, it all depends on how you defined it for yourself. By regularly applying the techniques you have learned, you will soon notice an ever-increasing effect. Those who do it half-heartedly will quickly fail, and those who work diligently will not be impossible.

Will you be able to believe that you have foresight in the sense that you can be stronger and rise above the circumstances?

Are you ready every day, without missing a single day, to strengthen your thoughts about the real life that you would like to create for yourself?

Will you persist in continuing your daily activities, believing in their success, even if outwardly nothing changes in your life?

If so, you will get everything you want. You boldly step into this world, and it will fulfill any of your requests.
