In the district municipality of Squamish in the southwest of the Canadian province of British Columbia, a huge ball of light was captured flying over a night forest. This happened on the night of 23 July. A group of documentary filmmakers climbed Mount Stavamus Chief specifically to film something unusual there. This area has long been famous for the fact that it invariably attracts unidentified flying objects and other anomalies.

Rob Freeman and Marcus McNabb from London, Ontario, Canada have already visited 11 countries and 30 localities, trying to get evidence of the existence of supernatural phenomena. In this work, colleagues draw inspiration from the events of their childhood. The fact is that the researchers grew up together on the same street and have always been best friends. When the Canadians were 9 and 10 years old, respectively, they were walking late one evening and suddenly saw a bright flash that painted the sky in hundreds of shades of purple. It was fantastically beautiful and at the same time inexplicably bewitching. Since then, the friends decided to devote themselves to the study of everything that goes beyond the ordinary.

In search of UFOs and other anomalous phenomena

Freeman is currently the Chief Field Officer at the Canadian Center for Atmospheric Anomaly Research, and McNabb is a professional documentary filmmaker. Here's what Canadians write about the recent event:

What we have been able to capture on camera is without a doubt our best achievement. We've never seen anything like it before. We are now on a very important path. Most people have no idea what is really happening in the world, and we intend to show them its manifestation in a completely different perspective. It was a magnificent sight that was breathtaking.

The video below first demonstrates how our heroes, with the support of a friend, are preparing for a night expedition up the mountain. You can contemplate the expensive equipment that experts use for filming. Rob and Marcus use a special six-lens camera, which they jokingly call "weapons of mass detection." The device is equipped with an advanced night vision system that allows you to capture in the spectrum of electromagnetic waves almost any external manifestations inaccessible to the human eye, including disguised UFOs and invisible otherworldly entities.

When the researchers arrived in Squamish on July 22, the owner of a local gift shop told them about the mysterious lights that appear over Stavamus Chief at night. After nightfall, the friends went to the forest. At about 11 o'clock, a large shining sphere suddenly appeared in the sky. An unidentified object flew to the side and disappeared behind coniferous trees, illuminating their crowns for a while. The UFO disappeared as quickly as it appeared, but Markus managed to clearly record it on video. Experts report:

At first, just for a second, we thought it was an airplane, but then immediately discarded such a theory. The point is that this object did not make any sounds. He also flew very low above the ground, just below the treetops. Local residents, by the way, constantly see a similar glow here. Stavamus Chief is considered a sacred mountain, and such balls were noticed here by the Aboriginal Indians many centuries ago.
