Video: How to talk to your subconscious mind (CRAZY METHOD) 2024, July
Anonim

Often waking up in the morning, after some original dream, we hasten to share it with our loved ones, while we often say, "I had such a … a dream today …".

But to be precise in the use of words, sleep and dream, then it is worth separating them all the same. Since sleep, this is still a physiological concept and implies by itself, in fact, the process in which our muscles are relaxed, the heart rhythm is calm and breathing is measured. This is the so-called slow sleep.

Paradoxical dream

But there is still a REM or paradoxical sleep, also called REM sleep (rapid eye movement), thanks to it, we can observe a variety of images, which many add up to quite original plots. With this type of sleep, the pulse is quickened and the eyes under the closed eyelids make rapid movements, hence the name REM.

It is during this period that we see dreams, when our consciousness has no power over us and our subconsciousness already acts as a guide.

Many tend to regard their dreams as nothing more than original video pictures that do not mean anything, and which are not worth paying attention to. But dreams, in their essence, are one of the tools with the help of which our subconscious mind can send us some signals and warnings, which in the waking state, when we are constantly busy with something, we usually do not notice.

And if you do not pay attention to the signals that our body gives us, then later, when the problem turns into a disease, it will be much more difficult to fight it.

Sources of internal problems and diseases

After all, our diseases and problems arise from the fact that we do not know how to understand and accept the problems of our physiology or psyche. From here, addictions begin to develop, physiological problems can affect the stomach, heart and other organs, and psychological impairment of appetite, insomnia and other anxiety conditions.

When a certain problem begins to mature within us, the subconscious mind, as a caring guardian, tries to reach out to us in a variety of ways. It can be premonitions, dreams, some kind of internal sensations that do not lend themselves to logical explanation (by type, that seems to be all here). And the further we do not notice and ignore them, the more we aggravate the problem, which develops into a disease.

In order to avoid this, you need to try to establish contact with your subconscious, make friends with it, and then thanks to it, we will be able to better know our inner conflicts and determine the sources of our hidden problems.

Dreaming as a way to establish a dialogue with the subconscious

As we said above, one of the ways of communicating with the subconscious is our dreams, but they are most often very confused and at the same time the images are so confused and intertwined that we cannot understand what we still wanted to convey to us.

But if we take it as a habit to communicate with our subconscious, talk to it, ask questions, then the subconscious will not stand aside and will enter into a dialogue with us. It is clear that this is not a conversation in the literal sense, otherwise they will simply not understand us correctly and will doubt our adequacy.

But if, at least periodically before going to bed, ask the questions of interest to us, then the chance of getting answers in a dream is much greater than if these questions are not asked. In order to avoid any serious mental deviations, you do not need to invent some unreal characters, it is enough to believe that there is something inside you, whether it is a soul, Higher Self, subconsciousness or something else that knows all the problems that occur inside us, as if the level of physiology, and at the level of the psyche.

Learning to understand the responses of the subconscious

There are various practices in order to establish a dialogue with the subconscious, but we will not delve into this topic yet. At the first stage, we need to at least learn to listen and hear our inner voice.

To do this, it is useful to use one of the dream memorization practices, record or utter a voice, your dreams, so that later you can analyze them, and perhaps you will notice that there were some signals and warnings in them. Take your dreams seriously, but do not live them, because they certainly will not replace real life, but they are quite capable of helping to solve problems.

The responses of the subconscious through dreams can be attributed to the mental part of the body, but the answers at the level of physiology can be received in the real world, and not in the kingdom of Morpheus. To do this, it is enough to ask a question and offer options for an answer, the answer can be any reaction of our organism and body, such as tingling, a feeling of warmth or cold, and other sensations that we can feel at the level of physiology.
