One of the local residents said that she saw how a certain creature ran on two legs, then on all fours. Another told how, walking with her dog, she saw a half-man, half-dog. A couple more "witnesses" saw a creature that ate a dog and jumped over the fence with its carcass, writes The Daily Mail.
On the next full moon, the local population gathers to hunt - with video cameras to provide "evidence." A representative of the local authorities even agreed to join them.
Rumors about a werewolf are fueled by the story of Robert and Nicole Ingram, who claim to have seen a panther on the road, possibly escaping from the zoo. They provided a blurry shot as evidence, and to clarify, they drew an animal - only they turned out to be more of a werewolf than a panther.
