Buzz Aldrin, the second person to walk on the moon, stated that he saw a UFO during the Apollo 11 mission. He first revealed this in an interview with a Science Channel reporter in 2005. However, after he said that the words were taken out of context. Now the creators of Sharknado are entering the market with a new show called Aliens on the Moon.
Entertainment Tonight reported on Wednesday that Mr. Aldrin confirmed his statement in an interview for the program. The program is looking for additional evidence that extraterrestrial civilizations may have objects on the moon.
Last week, Buzz Aldrin answered questions from netizens on the social site Reddit. He was asked if he had seen a UFO.
He replied:
“On Apollo 11, on the way to the moon, I watched a light from a window that seemed to move with us. There were many explanations for what it could have been: another spacecraft from another country or another world. When we removed the descent vehicle from the rocket, two spacecraft were next to us … Technically, they can be called "unidentified" objects."
“We understood very well what it was. Upon our return, we described exactly what we saw. I felt that I had to tell everything to the outside world, to all people, but this did not happen. Many years later, I had the opportunity to talk about my observations in an interview with television in another country. Ufologists in the USA are very angry with me for not providing them with information."
“We haven't seen the aliens themselves. Unusual observations require extraordinary evidence. According to Carl Sagan, there may be aliens in our Milky Way galaxy, but there are billions of other galaxies. There is a very high probability that somewhere in space there are other lives … However, the distances that must be covered in order to obtain evidence of other lives can reach hundreds of light years."

Some say NASA did not return to the moon because they were warned by aliens and that Buzz Aldrin was probably barred from telling the truth. Aldrin said on Reddit that he does not consider flying to the moon a good use of resources.
