From time to time, from different parts of our planet, there are reports of mysterious loud sounds coming from the sky. Not so long ago they were heard in the cities of Israel, Afghanistan, Canada, Turkey … Sometimes these sounds look like a loud trumpet "singing", sometimes - like an inexplicable animal rumble or roar, and in some cases we are talking about some moderately melodic " alien "ringing, which is even difficult to describe in words.
Now at gunpoint was the English city of Plymouth in the south-west of Devon. It happened on Saturday 11 February. Plymouth resident Joe Ketano, having visited the local harbor with his friends in the evening, suddenly heard strange sounds coming from above - right from the sky. The surprised man took out his mobile phone and recorded the video below. On the 42-second video, it is noticeable that the sky at that moment was absolutely normal and did not show any anomalies. Nevertheless, Ketano and his companions had a strong feeling that the mysterious sound was heard from there.
An ominous sound, similar at the same time to a low whistle and a kind of "electric" roar, was heard that night by other townspeople, many of whom he even prevented from sleeping. They called it the "Plymouth Mumble". It is noteworthy that a similar buzz was observed here and earlier, but this case became truly unprecedented due to the highest sound volume and numerous witnesses of this strange phenomenon. Previously, the "Plymouth muttering" was something of a local urban legend, but now there is irrefutable evidence of the existence of this phenomenon.
Some residents of the city believe that representatives of extraterrestrial civilization are to blame, while others are sure that there is a rational explanation for what happened. At one time, scientists explained similar sounds in other parts of the world by the "singing" of male Pacific midshipmen fish, the rattling of metal structures in the wind, vibrations of the seabed, unusual acoustic does not fit any of the above reasons. Perhaps, believers say, it is heavenly angels that warn people of impending disasters. What else can you expect in our turbulent times?..
