Regressive hypnosis is the study of one's past life experience while in a state of trance through gaining access to our memory, those layers of it stored in the Unconscious area and cannot be accessed by a person at a conscious level.

Since 1979, when I first began my research, hundreds and hundreds of people have passed through my hands, whom I immersed in a state of visualizing my own death. These people died in every conceivable way: as a result of an accident, from a bullet, stumbling or tripping over something, during a fire, etc.; some of them were executed - hung or cut off their heads, many drowned … They also died naturally: from a heart attack, illness, old age or just in a dream, they peacefully and serenely passed into the afterlife.

Although death took many forms, there were some similarities between them. The guises in which death appears to a person may be different, but what happens after death always looks the same. I have come to the conclusion that there is no real reason to fear death.

Subconsciously, we know in advance what will happen to us and what awaits us on the other side of life. We must know this because we have experienced and experienced death countless times. In short, while studying death, I constantly found myself at the celebration of life. Indeed, there is nothing terrible or disgusting about death; on the contrary, it opens before us a completely different, new and truly amazing world.

With death comes wisdom. Having lost our physical body, we enter a completely new dimension - the dimension of wisdom. It is obvious that the framework of the physical body limits and constrains the human being. But the individual (or spirit), when it goes beyond this framework, is not constrained by anything and is able to learn much more than we could imagine.

So, talking with people after they "died", I was able to find answers to many difficult and confusing questions - questions that have haunted humanity throughout the history of its existence. What the spirit can communicate depends largely on the level of its spiritual development. Some of them have a much larger stock of knowledge than others, and therefore express their thoughts more clearly and more easily, in a language more understandable for us mortals.

I will try to describe their experiences and experiences, giving them the opportunity to speak for themselves.

In general terms, the moment of death can be described as follows: a person suddenly becomes cold, suddenly he is near the bed and looks from the side at his dead body. From the beginning, he usually does not understand why the people in the room look so sad and dejected, because he himself feels wonderful. At this moment, he is possessed by a feeling of fun and joy, and not fear and horror.

The following is a description of the release process based on the words of an 80 year old woman dying of old age. This example is very typical for cases of this kind and can be called indicative.

Dolores (D.): You've lived a long life, haven't you? Subject (S.): Oh yeah … I'm floating somewhere slowly. Everything is so long, so tiring … (Sighs) No joy … I'm so tired.

Since she, apparently, experienced some discomfort, I transferred her in time to the stage when the process of dying had already ended and death had occurred. After finishing the countdown in my mind, I saw that the body of the woman lying on the bed was twitching convulsively.

Suddenly she smiled. Her voice was full of life and energy, and there was no longer a trace of the weakness that possessed her a few seconds ago: “Oh, I feel so free! I am the Light! She looked happy and peaceful.

D: Do you see your body?

S.: (with disgust) Oh! Is that old stuff over there? Lord! I never thought that I looked so terrible! That I’m so wrinkled and dry … I feel too good for such a wrinkled old woman. Very old!.. (She lets out a joyful exclamation.) Lord, how happy I am that I am here!

I almost laughed - to such an extent her expression and tone of voice did not fit together.

D: It's no wonder your body looks so old since it has lived a long life. Because, probably, and died … You just said: "I am here." What does it mean - here? Where are you?

S.: I am in the midst of the Light and … Oh, how great it is! Finally, I feel so smart and all-knowing … I feel peaceful … I feel calm. I don't need anything else.

D: What are you going to do?

S.: I was told that I should go and rest. Oh, I hate rest when there is so much to do!

D: Do you really need to rest? Even when you don't feel like it?

S.: No, not necessarily. I just feel so free and I don't want to feel constrained again. I want to learn and develop. After that, I could not get any coherent answer from her, except that she was swimming somewhere. From the expression on her face and from the frequency of her breathing, I could understand that she was in a resting place. When the subject is in this place, it seems as if he is immersed in a deep sleep and does not want to be disturbed. At this moment, it is useless to try to ask him questions, because his answers (if they are answers) sound ridiculous and incoherent.

In another case, a woman in a state of regressive hypnosis recalled the process of childbirth. Physical symptoms such as breathing and body cramps clearly indicated that she was shaken by prenatal contractions, because the human body, like the brain, also retains the memory of physical suffering. To save her from painful experiences, I transferred her in time a little ahead, to the moment when the birth, in theory, should have ended. D: Did you give birth to a child?

S.: No. It was incredibly difficult for me. The child did not want to go out. I was so exhausted that I just took it and left my body.

D: You still don't know who should be born to you?

S.: No, but now it doesn't matter to me.

D: Do you see your body?

S.: Yes. And others as well. But for some reason everyone looks so dejected …

D: What do you want to do?

S.: I think I'll have a little rest. Since I still have to come back, I want to stay here for a while. I am among the Light. I feel so good and calm.

D: And where does this Light come from?

S.: From there, where the source of all knowledge, from where everything is clear and obvious, where everything seems so simple and pure. Even the truth seems purer here. And the outside world is out there somewhere and doesn't bother you at all. Truth exists on Earth, but you simply do not see it.

D: You said that you would have to return. How do you know this?

S.: In life, I was too weak. I had to learn to live with pain, learn to endure and endure it … If I had not been so weak, I would have stayed here. I am glad that I no longer feel pain and can not even remember about it. But I know that I need to go back - to become more whole, more perfect. I must overcome pain - not only mine, but also the pain of the whole world.

D: But it's so human to feel pain. Although, when you are in a physical body, it is really hard and sometimes even unbearable. From the other side, things seem different, simpler, or something. So you think this is exactly the lesson you have to learn from this?

S.: Yes, and I will extract it. It may take a lot of time, but I'm ready for anything. I needed to be stronger, more firm and decisive. But there was fear in me … It settled in me after the illnesses that I suffered in childhood. And I was afraid that I would feel as bad again as then. And … and I gave up … Pain …

When you go to a higher level of consciousness, when you plunge into this bright heavenly light, into this world of pure thought, the pain disappears. Pain is a lesson to be learned. When pain takes possession of us there, in earthly life, at a purely human level, we literally go blind and become like insane, throw it out and infect others with it. But if we can move away from it, can concentrate, penetrate into it and be patient, we can rise above pain, rise above it.

D: So you need pain? What for?

S.: Pain is a science, this is the belt with which we are taught wisdom. They teach meekness and humility. If the spirit is too arrogant, then sometimes it is useful for him to put on matter, so that, having experienced torment and suffering, learn to be more tolerant and indulgent. People learn to overcome pain through pain, to be above pain. Sometimes it is enough to understand what pain is and why it hurts, and this alone will make it easier.

D: But, as you said, when people get overwhelmed by pain, they become like insane, and in this state they are unlikely to be able to understand what pain is and to cope with it.

S.: Because they are too selfish. Pain makes them selfish. They need to rise above their own emotions, to rise above their own interests, to ascend with their consciousness to a higher spiritual level - and then they will be able to overcome pain. True, there are those for whom pain is simply a convenient excuse or screen. They use pain as a loophole, as an excuse to escape responsibility, or, on the contrary, as a way to assert themselves and attract attention to themselves, and this is the meaning of pain. Their pain, of course.

It all depends on the person. After all, what is the essence of pain? Pain can take possession of you if you let it close to you, if you are initially determined to hurt you. Once you have allowed it, she will take over you. Don't let it happen, there won't be any pain. It simply won't touch you. So don't give her power! The feeling of pain is not a very necessary feeling. But, I repeat, everything depends on the person himself. If he ascends in spirit, if he rises to a higher level of consciousness, pain will lose power over him.

D: So, people are able to suppress the feeling of pain, to move away from it?

S.: Naturally. If only they want it. However, they don't always want it. People are funny creatures. They want self-pity, they want compassion, and sometimes they just want to punish themselves somehow. These things are familiar to everyone, and if people had time, they would only indulge in this.

Each person has his own path, and everyone must find it himself, because, as you know, if you come and say that it is better to go this way, because it is both shorter and easier, then people will not believe you anyway. That is why they must find their own way. Here is one of those lessons that people need to learn in mortality. For this they come to Earth.

D: But most of all, a person is afraid of death. Can you tell me what death is and what it looks like?

S.: When a person is in a physical body, death is actually a difficult sensation for him. Painful and frightening. And it takes possession of him to such an extent that he cannot think of death without a shudder. But when you die, death loses its power and no longer seems frightening, and the only thing that remains is the feeling of complete freedom and peace. However, people are constantly running around with problems …

To live is like carrying a heavy burden on your shoulders, which not only becomes unbearable every day, but also becomes overgrown with a load of problems that make it heavier. And when you die, you seem to throw them out the window and feel incredibly light and free. This is what the transition from life to death looks like.

D: It seems to me that people are afraid of death mainly because they do not know what awaits them there.

S.: Yes, a person is always afraid of the unknown. That is why they need faith and trust. At least a little.

D: What happens when a person dies?

S.: He simply leaves his body, goes to where the Light is, and turns out to be here, where I am.

D: What are you doing there?

S.: I am improving.

D: And when you leave the Light, where will you go?

S.: Back to Earth.

D: To be honest, it's a little strange for me to talk to you like this, through time.

S.: Time doesn't make sense. There is no concept of time. Rather, it is here and not here, everywhere and nowhere, it is always the same.

D: So it doesn't bother you at all that I am talking to you from another time or from another plane?

S.: Why should it bother me?

D.:. Well, I just thought, what if it bothers you … I really would not want to bother you.

S.: You don't bother me. At least you worry yourself more than me.

Here's another case. This time I spoke with a girl who lived at the end of the 19th century and died at the age of 9. When we first spoke to each other, she and her classmates were driving a hay cart to a school picnic. There was a stream near the place chosen for the picnic, so the students decided to swim. The girl could not swim well, in fact, she almost did not know how to swim, she was afraid of water, but did not want her classmates to find out about it, because she was afraid that they would be over laugh at her. And since some of them had fishing rods with them, the girl decided to pretend that she was busy catching fish, and thereby hide from everyone that she could not swim.

This thought haunted her and haunted her so much that she did not feel any joy from the picnic. In order not to bother her in vain, I asked her to travel back in time several years ahead and some other important day for her. Before I had time to finish the countdown, I suddenly heard a joyful exclamation: “I am no longer there! I am among the Light! Surprised at such an unusual beginning, I naturally asked what had happened.

S.: (sadly) I said that I could not swim. I fell into the water, and darkness surrounded me on all sides. Everything was burning in my chest. And then I simply went out into the Light, and everything passed.

D: It turns out that the stream was deeper than you might have thought?

S.: No, I don't think it was very deep. I was just scared. Was scared of the water. My legs cramped and I went to the bottom. Yes, everything happened because I was just terribly scared.

D: Can you tell me where you are now?

S.: In the middle of eternity. (Her voice is still childish.)

D: Is there someone near you?

S.: Yes, there are many people, but they are all busy. They are working … or rather, thinking about what needs to be done. I also try to keep up.

D: Have you been to this place before?

S.: I had to. It is very quiet, peaceful and calm here. But I have to go back. I must conquer my fear. The fear that enters you and paralyzes you. (Her voice has grown more mature now.) Fear is a monster that takes root in the human mind, attacking those on earth. However, it only affects sensory consciousness. And the spirit is not subject to him.

D: In other words, when people are afraid of something, do they bring on exactly what they are afraid of? Is that what you want to say?

S.: Exactly! They bring on themselves exactly what they fear. Thought is energy; thought creates, creates, does. Everything that happens is the result of the work of thought. True, from here everything looks much clearer and simpler. When you see how stupid, empty and insignificant are those fears that take possession of people, you wonder: "Strange, why are they afraid of this?" But when fear takes possession of you, it is so deep, so individual and inseparable from you that it literally takes root in you and enslaves your will. So, by trying to help people understand and realize the cause of their fears, I, it seems to me, begin to better understand my own.

D: Well, that's logical. Do you know what a person is afraid of more than anything else? He is afraid of death.

S.: But there is nothing wrong with death. Why be afraid of her? Death is really easy. I don't know anything easier. Death puts an end to all worries and problems until you start all over again and plunge headlong into even greater problems.

D: Then why do people come back?

S.: To complete the cycle. They have to learn. They must learn everything, and first of all, how to deal with problems and overcome them, because only in this way can they achieve perfection and gain eternal life.

D: However, it is a difficult task to learn everything.

S.: Yes. Sometimes it is very tiring.

D: And how long it will take!

S.: Well, everything seems not so difficult from here. Here I can easily control all my senses. For example, I can easily understand the cause of my fear, understand why I am experiencing it. And at the same time I know that he will not affect me in any way. It's a little different with people. It is very difficult to get rid of fear there on Earth. It literally sucks you in. That is, it becomes a part of you, takes possession of you, and it is not so easy to shake it off yourself, to distance yourself and remain objective.

D: It's because you are in the grip of emotions. You yourself say that you know better from the outside. When you look at everything from the outside, you think: "Lord, how simple it is!"

S.: Yes, and this fully applies to fears. Especially to strangers. I need to learn patience, I need to learn to live, suffer and endure, until I learn to take from life everything in my power. I think it would be much easier for me if, instead of a whole series of short lives, I could live a long, eventful life full of anxiety and trials. This way I will spend less time.

Therefore, before returning to Earth, I have to thoroughly look around and choose just such a life, a life full of events and experiences, because this will shorten the period of my further return to Earth. True, this is unlikely to make it easier for me. Relationships with other people are an irreplaceable thing, because they help to understand and learn a lot. First of all, understand what you are like.
