The testimony of pilots and flight controllers who observed UFOs, documented research results, as well as testimonies of the military, members of Congress and the US government about the existence of bans on these issues, prove who and why it is beneficial to withhold information from the public, and confirm the need for decisions on this issue on global international level.
The importance of the issues discussed
At a meeting at the National Press Club in Washington, DC from April 29 to May 3, 2013, a 5-day hearing was held on the UFO cover-up. The US Congress has decided to fulfill its constitutional duty and hold a House hearing on this very important topic to keep the public informed and the issue gets media coverage.
During the meeting, pilots and dispatchers from the United States, Mitchell, Richard French, Callahan, Allen, Peruvian Santa Maria, Italian Pinotti, nuclear physicist Stanton Friedman, who investigated the incident with the UFO crash in Roswell in 1947, confirmed their evidence of contacts with UFOs.
Former US Congressmen and Senators Mark Gravel, Carolyn Kilpatrick, and former Canadian Secretary of National Defense Paul Hellayer have announced the existence of an embargo on UFOs and a ban on the disclosure of information by the military and government.

first, there is no evidence of life outside our planet;
secondly, there is no evidence that any life outside the planet is associated with the human race or has visited us;
third, there is no information that the US government is hiding anything from the American people.
The witnesses who spoke at the meeting had sufficient evidence to refute this White House claim. They had the right to argue that the US government was withholding many facts for reasons of national security, but now the cold war is over and it is time to move forward, not hide.
Richard Dolan, UFO researcher and historian, explained why this topic is worthy of serious attention, and it is ridiculed or kept secret. For more than seventy years, starting in the 1940s, military personnel have repeatedly encountered unidentified flying objects (UFOs) visually or on radar. This happened not dozens, but hundreds and thousands of times, the radar was recorded, fighters were sent to intercept. Crew members observed objects in the form of a metal disk, sometimes with portholes, lights, performing impossible maneuvers at high speeds. There were cases of injuries and even death of military pilots. But their families are silent about it.

Paul Hellyer, a former Canadian Minister of National Defense, said that if we have neighbors in space, we must learn to cooperate with them, and they are, and UFOs are as real as airplanes.
Pilot certificates
Dr. Mitchell, a former astronaut who flew to the moon on the Apollo 14, spoke via Skype from Florida. He was attending a school near Roswell when the 1947 incident took place there, so this topic has interested him for many years. Mitchell spoke about new technologies that will allow humans to go beyond the solar system, since our resources are non-renewable, and that perhaps humanity will have to leave the planet, since we are not alone in the universe. He cited pyramids in Egypt and South America as evidence that the Earth was visited hundreds and thousands of years ago. If they can come here, maybe we can visit them.
Most intriguing was the testimony of a 25-year-old Peruvian fighter pilot, Santa Maria, who in 1980 was ordered to shoot down a balloon-shaped UFO that appeared over the airbase. For 20 minutes he chased the object that was "dancing around". Santa Maria fired 64 times with 30mm rounds, each of which could rip apart a truck. He had awards for shooting, so it was he who was sent in pursuit, but he never hit, or there was protection from the shells. The UFO hovered and moved vertically at supersonic speed, which no existing ship could do. Later, at the base, he discussed what he saw in the air with intelligence officers, but nothing like that in Earth technology existed.
Lt. Col. Richard French, one of the authors of the Blue Book, has been assigned to the Bureau of Special Investigations. At the moment, he has more than 860 combat missions in jet fighters. Richard said that in the accident at Alamogordo, a pile of physical debris remained from the "saucer", which was sent to the technology department of Wright-Patterson AFB. Unusually, the metal as thick as cellophane, after being deformed in the hand, took back its shape. Analysis of the metal showed an extraterrestrial origin. About eight or nine humanoid corpses were delivered to the technology department.
Chase Brandon, a 42-year-old CIA veteran, also said in an interview that in Roswell, the military picked up not only the remains of UFOs, but also the corpses.
By the summer of 1948, the Situation Assessment report was published with an extraterrestrial hypothesis. Air Force General Robert Landry, assistant to President Truman, in his interview spoke about the frequency of observations recorded by controllers and pilots, about the similarity of the characteristics of the observed objects that hovered and then disappeared at such a speed that they could not find an explanation and that their origin was not possible was to define.
The CIA and all branches of military intelligence were deeply concerned about UFOs, and yet the authorities claimed that it was fantastic and there was nothing to worry about about the UFO problem. The propaganda façade hid the fear that the "saucers" could be new technologies of the Soviet Union, but by the end of 1947 the Aviation Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC) concluded that UFOs were of extraterrestrial origin.
Nuclear physicist Friedman, who has been studying UFOs since 1958, concluded:
Earth has been visited by intelligent extraterrestrial spacecraft on numerous occasions;
There is no doubt that a number of people in the US and other governments are actively hiding the truth about these visits;
"Flying saucers" have a thousand-year history.
Documents and research
These findings are based on at least five large-scale scientific studies of UFO evidence:
1. Project Blue Book (from 1952 to 1969) - special reports from No. 1 to No. 14. This largest US Air Force study includes 3,200 sightings and contacts, over 200 graphs, tables and maps;
2. The Congress on July 29, 1968 included the testimonies of 12 scientists. One was a paper by James E. Macdonald, professor of physics at the University of Arizona. He interviewed 500 witnesses of UFO contacts, presented 41 unexplained cases, radar observations, evidence of pilots, meteorologists from 95 countries.
3. A special study at the Colorado Institute, sponsored by the government in the late 1960s, and a report by E. Condon.
4. Two-volume UFO evidence, including hundreds of cases that could not be identified.
5. Official communications from France.
Stanton Friedman summed up that progress does not stand still: if in the 19th century they traveled around the world in 80 days, now the space station makes a revolution around the Earth in 90 minutes. Nothing is impossible, and if we cannot explain or identify something, this does not mean that such a reality does not exist.
Embargo (prohibition) of truth
Linda Multon Howe investigated the findings of bloodless animal corpses. From cattle, horses, pigs and rabbits to wild animals such as deer, moose, marmots, they have all been found completely bled, not only in the USA and Canada, but also in other parts of the world. This is kept in the strictest confidence. And witnesses claim that before they found such corpses or mutilated animals, they saw an unusual glow in the sky and a bright ray of light from floating objects.

Richard Dolan said that President Eisenhower sent him to Area 51 to find out what was really happening there, and he witnessed how, after the Roswell accident in 1947, the remains of UFOs were found, as well as the remains of humanoids. They had a very small nose, ears like holes, and a small mouth. A herpetologist, a specialist in the study of snakes and reptiles, was called in to autopsy the dead alien bodies. The skin and body of non-humans were similar to those of a snake, and the eyes were vertical slits with dark protective lenses. They were also told to keep it a secret.
Richard Dolan confirmed that there are some very interesting FBI documents, dated July 1947, that the remains of the Roswell crashed device were transferred to Wright Field in Dayton, Ohio to the US Air Force Headquarters. Nuclear physicist Friedman formulated the reasons why the government could keep its interactions with extraterrestrial races a secret:
1. They make wonderful weapons and defense systems that they would not like to share with enemies, especially during the Cold War;
2. If a statement was made that the planet was visited by aliens, the number of mental disorders would increase, the stock market would fall down, etc.;
3. Religious problems would be aggravated.
There is a 1950 government document that depicts communication between Canadian officials and US officials about UFOs. Truman and his men saw UFOs as technology that allowed them to take over the world. They could not give these technologies to Al-Qaeda, the Chinese, the Soviets, etc. New technologies have reached such a level that they began to be hidden from the public. At Wright Patterson AFB, ring laser and collider physicists said that they literally bend space and time and can put angle to angle, which has nothing to do with Euclidean geometry.
But why has extraterrestrial intelligence become more active since the 1940s? Firstly, we began to track them after the appearance of radars (radar stations), and secondly, their attention was attracted by nuclear development, tests in New Mexico and atomic bombs in Japan in 1945.
A secret note to the CIA director said: “Incident reports deserve immediate attention. Observations of unexplained objects at high altitudes at high speeds in the immediate vicinity of the United States are of such a nature that they do not belong to natural phenomena or known types of aircraft."
In the late 1970s, the US Congress passed the Freedom of Information Act. The most popular category of queries was related to UFOs. More than 10,000 pages of UFO documents have been made public.
The UFO issue is a global international problem
The number of observations according to registered witness reports is about 10,000 per year and this applies only to North America, i.e. USA and Canada. There are already reports from China, India, Africa, from all over the world. There are documented cases of UFO sightings in Brazil, France, Iran, Russia, Zimbabwe, New Zealand and many other countries.
The United Nations represents all peoples and can be the place where the UFO issue must be viewed globally and have legal implications. The UN Ambassador to Grenada, at a meeting of the UN General Assembly on November 28, 1977, proposed the creation of an agency or department at the UN to coordinate and disseminate the results of research on UFOs and related phenomena.

Daniel Sheehan, a legal adviser, was the Chief Counsel at Washington Headquarters in 1976 when Carter was elected President of the United States. Sheehan gained access to the Library of Congress and was able to see the Russian sections of the Blue Book. There he came across photographs of UFOs that weren't fuzzy or just light in the sky. These were scopes taken through the scopes. The photo showed a broken plate stuck in a snowdrift at an angle of 45 degrees. Symbols were visible on the dome of a UFO in a snowdrift.
The Vatican and the Catholic Church understand that with the increase in contacts and the discovery of additional planets in astronomy, the existence of extraterrestrial intelligence is quite possible. The imperfection of our intelligence and worldview separates us from harmonious relationships with the rest of the universe and all other intelligent species. This is a theological problem.
In South America, there is no competition between the official military and civilian organizations studying UFOs. In the United States, even during the "Blue Book" period, there has always been and continues now, the war between civilian ufologists and the Air Force. In Russia, there were also two committees: one of the USSR Academy of Sciences, the other secret KGB and army. We must not compete, we must work together to reveal the secret.
Interest in UFOs in the Clinton administration
Stephen Greer in 1990 created the Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Civilizations during the Clinton administration. A significant amount of UFO research has been funded by billionaire Lawrence S. Rockefeller. He was the grandson of John D. Rockefeller and studied philosophy at Priston University, aeronautics and electronics in 1960. In 1995, Lawrence Rockefeller funded the Asilomar conference.

Lawrence Rockefeller put pressure on Clinton to declassify the events in Roswell. As a consequence, in 1994, the US Air Force was forced to re-investigate the crash. In 1995, they issued an official report, which stated that the accident occurred with an air probe that monitored nuclear tests in the USSR. There was not a word about humanoids in the report.
Grant Cameron has spent the past 38 years observing how UFOs and more are known and hidden at the highest levels of the US government, military organizations and intelligence agencies. The revelation for many was that the US gave Israel a nuclear reactor, which is located in Tehran today, and Israel was given the opportunity to create bombs that would be controlled by the US.

In 1997, L. Rockefeller concentrated funding on research. The idea was to gather a group of scientists from all over Europe, and present scientific evidence of UFOs: photographic, radar readings, recordings of lights, interference and other inertial effects.

Secrecy separates us from the science and technology that would give us a civilization without oil. Unfortunately, this is the problem of many trillions of petrodollars. The special interests of the tycoons affect National Security, the macroeconomic order in the world and in the petrodollar system. We can say that we have reached the point where the tail is wagging the dog. Despite this, 65% of the population believe that intelligent life exists not only in our country, half of the society believes that extraterrestrial inhabitants visit us and 43% are sure that they are still visiting us, in any case, they exercise control.
If we are dealing with civilizations that have developed technologically from hundreds of thousands to millions of years, then, naturally, every manifestation of their technologies seems to us like magic. Our Galaxy alone has 100 billion stars. The Universe is infinite, and there may well be Systems that are able to overcome interstellar space. The best example of travel is thinking. The speed of thought cannot be measured. When we talk about the possibility of teleporting huge interstellar distances instantly (much faster than the speed of light), we are dealing with completely new physics.
If we are visited by advanced civilizations, what should be our assessment? How do you handle this relationship? What will be the consequences if we cede the leadership of the military-industrial complex? It is no coincidence that there are so many people in the administration of President Barack Obama associated with the Rockefeller initiative: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, co-chairman of the government John Podesta, who called for the disclosure of all UFO files in 2002-2003, Bill Richardson, whom they tried to make Secretary of Commerce, Leon Panetta, former chief of general staff who became director of the CIA under Obama.
One of the summarizing proposals of the hearings at the National Press Club of Washington was the creation at the international level of a committee of high-ranking people who would not hide information, would not lead to militarization, but would be able to reach peaceful contact on behalf of all earthlings.
