26-year-old American Andrew Graf suffered from excess weight since school years. Trying to lose weight, he tried many different diets, but nothing helped him.

By the time Andrew turned his attention to a diet of only raw meat, he weighed an impressive 135 kg.

Now the man weighs 84 kg, moreover, his blood pressure has returned to normal, "mental clarity" has increased, as well as libido.

Andrew Graf is an entomologist and lives in Texas. After switching to raw meat, he considers himself a completely new person. His example so impressed his relatives that now most of them also decided to switch to raw meat.

“When I tried to lose weight, I tried to be vegan and strictly calculated calories. At the same time, I was actively training, but the fat stubbornly did not want to leave. Now I live in a completely new world for myself."

By eating raw meat, Andrew says he now absorbs much less food than before. To saturate it, just a small piece is enough. In addition, he says that he now gets all the beneficial properties of the product in full, since cooking destroys some of the nutrients.

Eating only meat, Andrew completely stopped taking carbohydrates and for a full life he needs only 500-900 grams of raw meat per day, most of which he takes with dinner.

Andrew's current predatory lifestyle, especially with his reputation as a former vegan, is an outright provocation for the entire vegan community. However, Andrew tries to be honest. He says that when he was on a vegan diet, he was very lethargic and often suffered from a feeling of bloatedness.

Andrew suffered from excess weight since childhood, mainly due to the fact that his entire family was also very obese, adhered to a high-calorie diet and a sedentary lifestyle. Now, seeing a role model in front of them, many of his family also decided to eat raw meat.

“Vegans will probably see this as a threat. But many of my family members were overweight and, moreover, died young. This method worked for me and now I am teaching my family how to eat right,”says Andrew Graf.
