There are many sacred and mysterious places on Earth with a history that goes back millennia: Machu Picchu, Stonehenge, the pyramids of Egypt … And people rush to these places to touch the gray-haired mystery. But Ukraine has its own Stonehenge - a sacred and even mystical place - a historical and archaeological reserve with a somewhat formidable name "Stone Tomb" in the Melitopol district of the Zaporozhye region.

What Hides the Stone Tomb
According to scientists, this is a powerful energy center of our planet. The role of the "Stone Tomb" is considered not even on a planetary scale, but on a cosmic one. It is not without reason that the Dalai Lama came to this place twice. On the planet, probably, you will not find more ancient evidence of the history of Man. The Stone Tomb is over 12 million years old.

At the end of the last "ice age" (Dnieper glaciation), the flows of the melting glacier, directed to the south, washed up a kind of stone island here. And due to the deepening of the Molochnaya River, flowing in this area, the island rose above the level of the surrounding landscape. Under the influence of external destructive forces - erosion and weathering - the "shield" of sandstone split over time. The debris, under the influence of gravity, "slid" down the sand. This is how this rocky hill was formed, dotted inside with passages and grottoes.
Today the "Stone Tomb", numbering about three thousand slabs, rises 12 meters and spreads over an area of about three hectares.

As early as the 19th century, images on stones (petroglyphs) began to attract venerable scientists of the Russian Empire. Petroglyphs in 1887 were captured in his notes by a professor from St. Petersburg N. Veselovsky, and deciphered in 1950 by O. Bader, who is engaged in archeology. Experts have studied images of ancient animals: mammoths, woolly rhinoceroses, cave bears and came to the conclusion that the "Stone Tomb" was the habitat of primitive man 14 thousand years ago.

In addition, the archaeologist Bader came to the conclusion that the motives of the Sumerian writing can be traced in the pertoglyphs. The images strongly resembled cuneiform signs from the book of the archaeologist A. Pebel "Fundamentals of Sumerian grammar", published in 1923. Later, the researcher of the Sumerian civilization A. Kifishin was engaged in deciphering unknown inscriptions and concluded that the petroglyphs of the "Stone Tomb" are older than cuneiform on the Babylonian tablets … There is similar evidence of ancient writing in the world: rock carvings near Yekaterinburg (Ural scribble) date back to the 18th millennium BC.

Why were ancient texts written in Sumerian, and surprisingly similar to each other, found in such distant points of Eurasia?
Kifishin suggests that in ancient times, the "Stone Tomb" was the heart of the state of Aratta, spread across the entire continent. It was in this main sanctuary that the priests gathered and delivered, and also kept tablets with texts inscribed on them.

It is a known historical fact that Adolf Hitler was very interested in the occult and did not spare funds for scientific expeditions that would find confirmation of the superiority of the Aryans over other peoples.

It is not for nothing that during the occupation of Ukraine there was an increased attention to the "Stone Tomb" by the Nazi leader Himmler. He supervised research at the Ahnenerbe Institute (translated as “Ancestral Legacy”). Himmler was convinced that the "Stone Tomb" was the ancient sacred place of the Aryans.
After the capture of Melitopol in 1941, specialists from "Anenerbe" were sent to this area, who in 1942-43. even organized excavations of the Stone Tomb. We do not know about the results of the excavations until now. But there is information that German experts were able to read up to 40 proto-Sumerian inscriptions. Allegedly, they say that the gods descended from heaven in a chariot exactly in the place where the "Stone Tomb" is located. These gods taught the Sumerians to write, to farm and build cities.

Plate number 37. The petroglyph on it dates back to the 4th millennium BC. e. The slab shows a cylinder pointed to the bottom, resting on three supports. The cylinder includes several sections, portholes are visible on two of them. The stove is available for viewing.
Eight thousand years later, in 1965, cosmonaut A. Leonov (Soviet Union) depicted a strangely similar apparatus in the picture - a cylinder with three supports, with the same details. Leonov's painting shows that the spacecraft has reached the surface of the Moon, and the lunar soil swells up from the jets of the spacecraft's brake engines - like on plate 37.

In the grotto No. 7 of the "Stone Tomb" there is a composition dating back to the 3rd millennium BC. A boat with a spindle-shaped object floating in the sky is carved into the stone. The primitive author meticulously carved the body with a curved line on it - a symbol of movement and shaded the background.
Experts computerized plate 19 with the image and revealed a detailed drawing of a "diskette" - a spacecraft with amazingly accurate technical details.

The mystery of "Stone Tomb" - Ukrainian Stonehenge - has not been fully disclosed. This, probably, is its attractive energetics. And one more thing: when a person tries to touch inaccessible knowledge, an unknown force always stops him at the threshold of discovery.
