Residents of the Chinese province of Shanxi reported the fall of an unidentified object, which crashed at high speed into a mountain located next to a small village.
Locals noticed how the strange object landed in the area of the mountain peak on December 12, 2016 at 1 am. After his fall, a loud bang was heard.
Eyewitnesses who arrived at the scene found a large burning crater, more than one meter long, and dry grass blazing next to it. The fire was immediately stopped.
When molten pieces of metal were found in the crater, some suggested that it might have been a UFO crash.
At the same time, police officers from the nearby Fuji village reported unusual finds, which the villagers suspect were also associated with the night crash.
A large metal ring with numbers and letters scrawled with some sharp object crashed into the roof of one of the village houses. A second ring was found nearby.
The objects were immediately sent for examination.
