Dangerous burial
There are areas in the psyche of every person that can be compared to containers of radioactive waste. They contain all the horrors of a bad fate, all the consequences of the most difficult actions from a past life, all the most difficult information.
Psychologist Viktor Frankl called it endogenous neurosis. And the nature of this phenomenon is such that if a person does not overload his fragile psyche with excessive ambitions, greed, some super-strong aspirations, then his container with atomic waste will remain in the depths of the subconscious in an airtight form.

But if a person mocks his psyche, then the container will crack … And we are constantly faced with this. Life is very stressful. In big cities, everyone lives like this. You need to work, hurry, earn money, they can be fired, cataclysms, the end of the world and anything else can come … All this threatens a real disaster. A spill of radioactive waste in the ocean of our psyche.
These most dangerous burials lie somewhere at the bottom. And we still experiment with our psyche, taking it to extremes. We live in a bigger city, work in constant stress and fear that they will be fired, but we have to pay the mortgage. We do not have friends and support from our elders, we ourselves do not support our younger ones. The psyche can not stand it. As a result, all our buried radioactive toxins from deep zones, from their container, begin to seep out. What's the bottom line? Life seems awful, just unbearable.
Good destiny is the energy of happiness, joy and inspiration that is in our psyche. It represents the action of all the blessings of people and sentient beings, that is, all those whom we have helped to fulfill their desires or get rid of suffering. When we help someone, we are blessed. Wishing everyone happiness is a way to make yourself a good fortune. Although, of course, it should be selfless.

Bad fate is stored in us in the form of the anger of all those people and living beings whom we have prevented from fulfilling their desires or deprived of hope, in the form of their fear, grief and despair, in the form of shame and a feeling of absolute helplessness. If we inflict suffering on someone, we get the same energy. We humiliated someone - we will definitely get shame and so on.
The ability to competently experience your negative emotions is actually the ability to overcome bad fate. All experiences, shame, pain, feeling of helplessness and self-insignificance cleanse the heart and can give tremendous spiritual strength.
