In Yellowstone National Park, another mysterious incident occurred, a report on which was published only the other day, although the incident itself happened in early July.

Colin Scott and his sister Sable walked through the park that summer day, admiring the geysers. Why it occurred to them to swim in hot thermal springs is not clear. Most likely, as the investigators found out, the young people simply decided to shoot in extreme conditions - another dangerous selfie.

They stepped off a special wooden deck set up for tourists and walked down to a hot spring. This happened in the Norris Geyser Basin, where, it should be noted, there are warning signs almost at every step that you should never do this (go off the deck).

So, my sister was filming what was happening on a smartphone, and Colin at that time went to the geyser in order to try with his hand how hot the water is and whether it is possible to swim in this spring. According to Sable, her brother just accidentally slipped and fell into boiling water. She called for help, but the arriving rescuers stated that Scott was already dead. They did not manage to pull out the body of the deceased young man because of the onset of a thunderstorm.

But the next day, the body of Colin Scott was simply not found, although his shoes and even his wallet were floating in the hot water of the geyser. Laurent Veresse, who is the deputy head of the ranger group, told the press that the body of the unfortunate man was completely dissolved in water (more than one hundred degrees Celsius) with a high concentration of acid in it. However, it remains unclear why in this case the shoes and wallet of the deceased remained intact.

Neither experts nor the Wyoming state police have an answer to this question, but all this is strange, as is the mysterious area itself near the Yellowstone supervolcano. Here they see flying UFOs, then fantastic fireballs flash over the geysers at night, not to mention the fact that people disappear here all the time. As journalists clarified, since 1980 alone, more than twenty people have died in the park, and almost all of them under strange circumstances. The statistics are silent about the missing, however, the authorities are always silent about this, whether it is a supervolcano that is about to explode, or the most ordinary farmhouse, from which residents suddenly begin to disappear.
