10-year-old boy Arya Permana lives in West Java (Indonesia) and is probably the fattest child in the world. He already weighs as much as 192 kilograms. His parents were already desperate to even find suitable clothes for him, and the child simply wraps the body in a piece of cloth - a sarong.
The boy's obesity is associated with an exorbitant appetite. Arya eats five meals a day and is a generous portion of rice, fish, beef, vegetable soup and the local Tempeh soy cake. At one time, he can eat as much as two adults can hardly eat.
The boy suffers from shortness of breath and can hardly walk on his own. Because of this, he stopped attending school. The child's mother says that he constantly feels hungry, that is, his obesity is not just a hormonal imbalance, but a serious pathology.
“He’s always tired and is only engaged in eating or sleeping,” says Rokaya, Arya’s mother, “and when he doesn’t eat or sleep, he lies in the pool for hours.

Parents fear for their son's life and so they recently put him on a brown rice diet. Arya is the second son of Rokai and her husband Ade Somatri, who works on the farm. At birth, he weighed the usual 3.2 kg. and until two years old was also the most ordinary child. But later something happened and he was attacked by an unusual appetite and a constant feeling of hunger appeared. He began to gain weight rapidly.
Parents showed their son to local doctors and they could not find any serious abnormalities in him and advised him to take the boy to more expensive clinics. But the farmer father barely has enough money to buy food for his son, and he has no money to visit expensive hospitals.
